Experience the ideal home just minutes from downtown St. Paul! Situated at the end of a serene cul-de-sac, this location offers a tranquil retreat.

Only a block away from Battle Creek Park, featuring 1,840 acres of natural beauty with opportunities for walking, hiking, mountain biking, and cross-country skiing.

Additionally, you'll be close to St. Paul's Grand Round Bike Trails—so don’t forget to bring your bike!

We are also pet friendly, so bring your furry friends!
**We charge a flat $100 pet fee, regardless of the length of stay or number of pets.**

The Space:

The home is furnished with space in mind by providing two living rooms and an open floor plan on the main level. Enjoy the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house sleeping up to 8 people comfortably. All bedrooms are equipped with a new mattress and bedding along with outlets to charge any device and closets. All bedrooms are located upstairs with a bathroom. Bedroom 1 & 2 are equipped with queen size beds. Bedroom 3 is on the smaller size, but has a full size bed. All bedrooms have their own door, ensuring privacy and a great nights sleep along with blackout curtains and shades.

Additionally, there are two couches available to accommodate extra sleeping needs.

◆Kitchen◆
Use the kitchen to make your favorite home-cooked meal, or the dining room (6 spots!) to order-in from one of the many great eats in town. Ice and filtered water is provided by the refrigerator.

◆Upstairs Living Room◆
The upstairs living room has a comfortable 3-person sofa with two accent chairs appointed next to it and a large 55-inch Smart-TV. Enjoy the open-floor feel as you relax adjacent to the dining and kitchen area.

◆Basement◆
The basement provides another hangout spot. There is another 55-inch Smart-TV that faces a cozy couch for movie nights. There is also foosball and Ring toss game for your enjoyment.

Feel free to log-in to any streaming services you have on the Smart-TV! Cable/Streaming is not provided.

◆Washer and Dryer◆
Washer and dryer are available for your use.

There is a pack and play located in the smaller bedroom closet. Feel free to use if you're bringing little ones.

Excellent place in St Paul

This is an excellent place to stay in St Paul. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and is close to everything. The host communicated everything we needed to know prior to arrival and checked in with us to make sure our stay was going smoothly. It was a fantastic choice for our trip.

Wonderful Stay!

The property fit our needs perfectly. Lots of space and the game area was fun (everyone ended up hanging out there by the end of the night) Neighborhood is quiet and close to popular shops. Host was great to deal with. Super communicative and quick to respond.

Sweet!

Grandparents, parents and a five and six year old all enjoyed and felt very comfortable in this house. The neighborhood is perfectly located for anything you need or want to do and is very quiet. The kids loved the snow and the grownups were warm and cozy in the house!

Great place & location

We had a great time at this place. It was conveniently located. We had a little issue getting into the house but the property manager answered immediately (even though it was late) and helped us get in! We will likely be back!

Good Stay

This was our second time second time staying at this property and we really like it. Good neighborhood, excellent communication with the host, and especially, a very easy 10 minute drive to the Xcel center were the best features for us.The only real negative were boxelder bugs in the house. Temps were warming up and they came out. Host was notified so he could take care of it.Overall, I can recommend this property.
