The hallway leads to a bright, well-equipped kitchen complete with all of the essentials necessary to prepare delicious homemade meals. The kitchen opens onto an enclosed and spacious brick patio complete with an outdoor dining table, chairs, and grill where you can treat everyone to alfresco meals throughout your stay. The second floor houses two comfortably sized bedrooms connected by a tub/shower bathroom. Also located on this floor is a cozy loft space and a separate washer/dryer laundry area. The stunning upper level encompasses the spacious main suite with a seating area, smart TV, roomy walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. Additional features include central air-conditioning, free high-speed internet, and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
