A solo unos pasos de la playa más hermosa del Océano Atlántico, nuestro condominio Sea Side de un dormitorio y un baño se encuentra en la popular zona de South Forest Beach en Hilton Head Island. Sea Side Villas están en el océano y tienen 2 piscinas para su disfrute. Cerca se encuentran muchas tiendas, 2 supermercados de tamaño completo, restaurantes y lugares de entretenimiento, todo a poca distancia. Es una excelente área para parejas, familias, tenistas, golfistas y amantes de la playa.

Nuestro condominio Sea Side se encuentra en el primer piso, pero no a nivel del suelo. La decoración de la villa se ha actualizado recientemente y cuenta con una cocina completa, una cama doble en el dormitorio y literas para cualquier niño. Nuevos televisores de pantalla plana en la habitación familiar y dormitorio. El baño completo ofrece ducha y bañera. Los ascensores, lavadoras y secadoras están cerca del edificio.

Disfrute relajándose en el balcón privado con vista al océano, las palmeras y los pelícanos. ¡Las villas Sea Side son perfectas para una familia pequeña con niños pequeños o una pareja que busca escaparse en la playa!

Lo siento no fumar y no mascotas.

In need of some TLC

Although this unit is in a nice complex in a great location near the beach, shopping, restaurants, and bike paths, it desperately needs some maintenance. Upon arrival, I quickly noticed the worn, torn and dirty couch, ottoman, kitchen chairs and blinds. There were a few stains on the bedding in the main bedroom. The trim around the entire unit was dusty. I cleaned the bathroom exhaust fan that was caked with dust. I also replaced two burnt out lightbulbs in the bathroom, leaving two burnt out bulbs in the bedroom. The bed frame in the bedroom squeaked with every move. The sink faucet in the bathroom is installed backwards. The electrical outlets were old and most of them wouldn’t hold a plug properly. And, for being so close to the beach, no beach towels were provided. Upon notifying the owner of some of my concerns, she was responsive and offered me a refund, but with such late notice, I was pretty limited on another place to stay. She did reimburse me for the bedding I purchased, which was appreciated. Overall, I was pretty disappointed and will not be staying in this unit in the future.

Great beach access!

The units at Seaside Villas are the perfect pied-a-terre for anyone wanting access to beaches, shopping, dining and entertainment. Each unit has a view of the ocean from the balcony, perfect for a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail. The individual units are maintained to varying standards by the owners but you can count on clean, comfortable units with virtually everything you'll need during your stay. For location I can't recommend the Coligny/Forest Beach area enough. It is suitable for both couples and families of all ages.

Right on the beach

The condo was perfect for my wife and I. You can see the ocean from the balcony and it’s walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The owners are very friendly. We are planning on staying there again on our next trip.

Perfect Location

The location of the property couldn’t be better. We could walk to restaurants and shops at Coligny. The place was clean and quiet each night. I would stay here again.

The Location, Pool, and Beach are all excellent. It is a short walk from Coligney that has everything that you need without driving anywhere. The condo is very nice but nothing fancy. For the money it is excellent and a safe location. We would stay there again.

This a great, cozy place to stay. My wife and I would definitely stay here again. I had a lot of questions and the owner was very patient and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this place.

Great location

Great location to the beach and Coligny plaza. Nice balcony, towel rack on the balcony was a nice feature. Nice pool. Has an area with picnic tables and small charcoal grills. Has a keypad lock in addition to the key. That was nice so you didn’t have to carry the keys every time you go to the beach. The pots and pans need to be updated and would have been nice to have more items to make cooking easier, like measuring cups/spoons (has two 1 cup but no others). We made it work though. Overall it was a nice place and I would stay there again.

Compact and Perfect!

The property itself is very nice. Not only is the building a pleasure place to stay at but also it has a pool! It's very close to the beach and very close to the shops. All in all we had a great stay. Our Renter was a joy as well!

Nice place.

The owners were responsive. Place was clean and efficient. The A/C struggled to keep the room cool. Close to the beautiful Hilton Head Beach as described.

Perfect for what we needed and wanted

This was a wonderful little place for our family of five. It was a little tight but we are used to tighter as we have a travel trailer and are used to it. Location was AMAZING, so close to Caligny and even closer to the beach. We brought our bikes and it was tricky finding a place to lock them up but we managed. There was no bedding for the fifth person but our kids brought their own blankets so it didn't matter. Only contacted the owner for gate questions but she answered immediately and was very kind and helpful. The pool was small but very nice as the stingrays and jellies were EXTREMELY heavy and we needed a safe place to swim. Overall we would recommend this place to family and friends, and we would return if the destination comes up again. Thank You for sharing your place it was extremely convenient.

Needs some updating

I am not one to review but I do feel that this place could use some updating. I do realize you get what you pay for and we were not expecting 5 stars for the price. With that being said, a few issues should probably be fixed before further guests arrive. The shower drain was not working properly and after you showered you had to spend 3 minutes bent over holding the lever releasing the water. Light fixtures were not filled with lightbulbs completely and one was even missing the fixture itself. The rug in the living room was matted and dirty. The bathroom floor and floorboards were dirty. The kitchen stovetop drip pans were rusty. There were two chairs and a small table on the porch but one had a broken back. On the positive side I loved Hilton Head and the beach is absolutely beautiful!

Hi Deborah, as we appreciate your feedback, my husband and I are very very surprised by your comments. As I recall; my husband and I stopped by during your stay to see how things were and you told us you loved it. You mentioned the slow drain but said it was not a big deal and everything was really comfortable. We have a checklist for guests to let us know if things are not suitable because we take a lot of pride in our condo and our cleaning company does the same. When we were over we explained, my husband and I would be cleaning the condo upon your departure and addressing the drain and chair on the porch and doing touch up painting. All of which was done and some other things we noticed when we were there. Hilton Head and our condo is great place and I think you know that as you asked about the cost of purchasing a similar condo. We have owned this condo for 15 years and have another condo nearby which we love and take great pride in. I am sorry it did not meet your standards. Rest assured if we knew your true feeling we would have addressed your concerns when we came by immediately.

Heritage Stay

A wonderful villa for two people. Easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and local shopping. Comfortable furnishings. Nothing fancy, but will suit your needs for a beach get away. Deck furnishings could be more comfortable, however. The owners get back to you quickly with any questions or concerns.

Awesome property on the beach with tons of entertainment around

My boyfriend and I wanted a relaxing getaway to Hilton Head, and that was exactly what we got! The condo was very clean, and perfect for the two of us. The location cannot be beat, we walked every day down to Coligny Square where there is a ton of great food and shopping. Nancy was very communicative and always available for our questions or concerns. I would definitely stay here again!

Condo is very small, and kitchen is nothing to write home to mother about. But, that being said, you don't stay ocean front to hang out inside. It was a great location for the beach and walking to area shops and restaurants. Owner is very friendly and responsive. We would stay there again!

My husband and I and 2 boys have been coming to Hilton Head for many years. This condo is ideal for families because it is right on the beach with a pool right there too. We recommend renting bikes. We bike everywhere even to the grocery store. We also have another condo right down the road which is more our permanent residence.
