This stunning 10th floor condo is decorated in a casual coastal style that will put you in the mood for relaxation! The beachfront open floor plan great room has a leather sofa with matching leather recliner with a man sized TV which is great for watching the big game or for movie night with Roku streaming in HD. You'll love surfing by the surf with complimentary Lux Speed. WiFi throughout the property, too.

Your gourmet kitchen is updated top-to-bottom and it is impressive! The kitchen is well equipped, so you can prepare a gourmet meal or quick breakfast, lunch or a special snack. A full-sized refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave are included. Dishes, pots, pans, flatware, blender, coffee maker, and more! It has a beach view as well.

The dining area, which is also Gulf-front, seats 6 at the table and additional seating for 3 at the bar. Step out the sliding glass doors onto your balcony from the living room and the dining room, the views are endless! This makes it inviting to eat in or to play board games or cards with your group.

The spacious Palm Tree Paradise Main Suite with its calming coastal décor, has two full sized beds, an en-suite bath that offers a separate dressing area with a double vanity with plenty of storage space, and a large soaking tub! Soak off a "hard day at the beach" when you arrive back at your condo. You'll feel like you are at the spa!

The Sandy Pelican Guest Bedroom has a comfy king sized bed and is decorated in tranquil tones. An adjoining full bath with a tub shower combo and single vanity can be accessed from the Guest Bedroom or hallway.

All bedrooms have flat screens TVs with Roku streaming in HD, high thread count luxury bed linens. Fluffy high-quality bathroom towels, and kitchen towels are all included, you'll feel right at home! There is a stack washer and dryer and an iron and ironing board provided so you can always look your best.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side. The Villas have pools, too.
