Sugar Shores features include a fully equipped chef’s kitchen and luxury dining room seating. With 10 seats at the dining table and 6 at the bar, this home is the perfect location for the entire family to gather and enjoy each other’s company. Plus, family time is top of mind with the spacious seating options in the expansive, 40-foot living area, a room complete with shiplap walls, and a virtual wall of windows illuminating the entire space with natural light.

What’s more, Sugar Shores provides a 60-foot entertainment deck with a private pool and sand room with an outdoor wash station for fishing gear and beach equipment. Equipped with an elevator for ease of access, Sugar Shores exudes luxury. This vacation home is positioned on a private deeded beach access point directly on West Beach Blvd.

Upon entry to the main floor of Sugar Shores, guests are greeted by an open-concept kitchen, dining room, and gulf-facing living room. The virtual wall of windows paired with the sweeping 10’ ceilings seem to bring the gulf inside to you. Here, you will also find a powder room, laundry room, and one bedroom with an ensuite bath. The main floor accesses the entertainment and pool deck, private boardwalk, and sand room.

Moving up to the second floor, guests will find the master suite, two more gulf-facing bedrooms, and one north-facing bedroom, all with en suite baths. Complete with a beverage and snack bar, the tranquil space offers a perfect escape for relaxation.

The top floor offers a space like no other. Here, you will find the final two bedrooms. Designed for youth, bedroom six is outfitted with 4 sets of bunks in a gulf-facing room complete with a media area. On the north side, bedroom 7 offers separation and access to a jack-and-jill bathroom.

Guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 throughout their stay. Pets are, unfortunately, not welcome at this property. Smoking is prohibited. The deck pool size is 9 x 15 and 3.5 ft deep and may be heated for $58 per day.
