About A Salty Breeze

This home is truly A Salty Breeze inside and out! Located directly on Gulf Shores’ tranquil Little Lagoon with easy access to the Gulf of Mexico, the home will not disappoint!  The main level lagoon front deck features lounge chairs, a dining table, a grill, a fire pit, and a swim spa. The swim spa provides year-round luxury with heat, 16 jets, and can hold 10-12 people. Unique to this house is a large private beach area, perfect for games and building sand castles. The new pier is perfect for fishing, crabbing, or just jumping in for a swim.

Inside, A Salty Breeze is absolutely stunning and so are the views. The main level features a gorgeous chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances such as double dishwashers, double refrigerators, and an ice maker. This fabulous kitchen boasts plenty of storage and counter space to prepare 5-star meals. Enjoy dinner at the dining table for 8 or at the bar which seats an additional 8. The large and comfortable living room provides plenty of seating and a mounted TV. A convenient powder room is found on the main level for all guests to use as well as two of the six bedrooms. The master suite boasts a beautiful 5 piece luxury bathroom, water views, balcony access, a king bed, and a mounted TV. Bedroom #2 has a king bed, TV, and a private bath with a walk-in shower.

Moving up to the top floor guests will find four bedrooms plus an additional living area. The open living area has a TV, half bath plus 2, twin size, built-in bunks. Bedroom #3 sleeps 6 people in 2 queen beds with 2 twin bunks on top. Bedroom #3 has a TV and a private full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom #4 features a king bed, TV, and a private balcony. The private bathroom in bedroom #4 has a walk-in shower. Bedroom #5 sleeps 4 in 2 queen beds. Bedroom #5 has a TV and a private full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Finally, bedroom #6 features a king bed, a private balcony, a TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.
