Spacious, Private and Fully-Equipped Home with Miacomet Golf Course Views

Come relax and unwind in our Nantucket home, “The Eagles”. The Eagles is nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac overlooking the fairway of the 18th hole at Miacomet Golf Course.  It is a 2,135 square foot home with an upside down floor plan and has everything you could need for your vacation.  The house has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and sleeps 10 comfortably (plus 2 trundles beds).

 On the second floor is a master bedroom with private bathroom, eat-in kitchen, with a large country dining table, living room and a powder room.  The 2 upstairs decks provide plenty of space to enjoy the amazing sunsets and exceptional stargazing.  On the first floor is a spacious second master bedroom with private bathroom, The Bunk room, a guest bedroom, a shared full bathroom and a laundry room.  The Bunk room has a bunk bed, 2 twin beds and a trundle bed.

The attached 1 car garage provides adequate room to store bikes, golf clubs or almost any other outdoor equipment you may bring and the laundry area with washer and dryer ensures dry swimsuits and fresh towels for every beach day.

The Eagles is just over a mile from Ladies beach, which makes for a great walk or bike ride.  And 1.5 miles from Miacomet Beach.  Also, within a quick drive and easy bike ride are Bartlett Farm and Market, 167 Seafood Market, and our favorite place to hangout Cisco Brewery.  It couldn’t be easier to enjoy a game of golf or a meal at the Clubhouse.  A short walk brings you to the Private/Public 18 hole Miacomet Golf Course.  Town is 2.5 miles away and is easily accessible by car or bike.  Alternatively, the town shuttle is a 5 min walk away.

Vacation living is made easier by the fully-equipped kitchen.  The Great Room boasts a spacious open floor plan and with its cathedral ceilings, and majestic views, it is perfect for any entertaining needs.  It also features a working wood burning fireplace which is great for the occasional cool night or a cozy winter visit.  The Great Room has a flat screen TV with Comcast Cable and streaming video capability, Blu Ray/DVD player, WiFi, and a stereo.  

The Bunk room has a flat screen TV, a Playstation 3, board games and puzzles.  All your beach needs are accounted for with plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, boogie boards and beach toys for your use.  There is plenty of yard space to enjoy a yard game, have a barbecue on the grill, a great game of tag or to just lounge.  The house has outdoor game sets for croquet, bocce, and volleyball/badminton.  

With 40 years of Nantucket vacationing experience we are a great resource for the best food, drink, nightlife, attractions and beach going.  We made the house as fully stocked as possible so that a stay at The Eagles is as comfortable as staying at your own home.
