Tucked Away Paradise

We just finished construction on this home in 2024 with the vacation traveler in mind. Tucked away in the Sanders Beach area of Coeur d'Alene, it provides a great location for any traveler wanting to enjoy downtown amenities while soaking in nature.

The home is 2,986 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Three bedrooms have King sized beds while one room has two sets of bunkbeds that also have trendle beds underneath. There are enough beds to sleep 12 people comfortably.

The downstairs den can sit a large group while also close enough to the dining room and kitchen to enjoy conversations.

The upstairs living room is a perfect get away from the rest of the house to enjoy games, TV or enjoy a full-sized shuffleboard.

We hope you enjoy the porch that wraps around 3/4 of the house. In-between the porch and the garage, you can find our firepit with easy controls to use. The firepit area and the driveway are heated so if you're traveling during the winter month's rest assure you will have a melted area to use as well as the garage itself.

Our goal is to make you surprised on how well the kitchen is stocked for any occasion.

The location is close to Sander's Beach, Tubbs Hill, downtown and the park. There are a couple bikes if you wish to make a longer venture down the old highway to eagle watch.

Idaho golf trip

Found this gem online and couldn’t have asked for a better place. 5 minutes for Coeur D’alene golf course and many eateries. House was just as advertised and well stocked. If we are ever in that area again, would definitely stay here again.

Awesome House in a Great Location

Great downstairs area and awesome rooms. Huge kitchen with a big island. Loved the wrap around porch to sit on in the afternoon. Easy check in with the door code and a short walk to Sanders/Tubbs (10 minute walk 3 minute bike ride). Two beach cruiser bikes in the garage. Upstairs couches and shuffle board room were great to relax in.

Great Place for Family

This home was great for our large family and our trip to Silverwood. It was clean and the property manager responded almost instantly to questions. The activities in the home kept the kids busy We had a pleasant time.

Luxurious and convenient home

This house was one of the nicest we've stayed in in Couer d'Alene! It is easy walking distance to Sanders Beach and downtown and close to the highway too. The house is very comfortable with everything you could want for games, kitchen supplies, and indoor/outdoor space to relax. We hope to stay again next time we are in town!

A real home away from home. The house is in a great location close to down town in a nice neighbourhood. They have everything you may need to enjoy your stay. The host is great to deal with and is quick to respond. We will definitely come back!

Great house!

This house has everything but a meat thermometer. Super comfortable, great layout, wonderful touches. We had a terrific time and the owner was super helpful when the app was down and we had trouble getting in. Lovely home

Fantastic Property for a family get together!!!

Property is great. Plenty of room, great kitchen and close to any activities, restaurants, and lake. Loved the proximity to Sanders Beach. Also we saw wild bunnies, wild turkeys, and a deer. They were just roaming around the neighborhood. Couldn’t have been happier. Thanks for a great stay.

30th Birthday Trip

The house was amazing! Loved the 3 king bed rooms since we had 10 adults and the bunk room was perfect! Kitchen was spectacular! Appliances, furniture, utensils were top quality! Location was wonderful with easy access to all main roads and Sherman Avenue shops. Extremely pleased with the property and would stay here again! Thank you Ryan😊

Amazing Experience

This property is truly a home! If you love to cook, the kitchen is amazing. The rooms are very comfortable and you can tell that thoughtfulness was used when decorating and creating a truly wonderful experience. It is only a few blocks from the lake and in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor area with the fire pit and BBQ is relaxing after a long day! We will return!

Beautiful Home

Our daughter had a gymnastics competition at the Coeur’d Alene resort and we chose this house since it was close.Home was absolutely beautiful, clean and spacious with everything you would need from bathroom amenities (the towels upstairs were incredibly soft!!!) to kitchen essentials and basics for cooking (oil, salt, pepper, sugar, flour, coffee all included) Even a air popper popcorn maker that we enjoyed.Our host Ryan was incredibly wonderful with very quick communication! Would 100% stay again if ever in Idaho!

Welcoming Family Home

This home feels so welcoming and relaxing. It is not sterile and cheap like so many short stay properties. The finishing and amenities and provided kitchen equipment feel solid and good quality and it really feels like staying in your own house. There is plenty of space for children to play including the upstairs siting area and the large garage. The master suite and beds are comfortable and quiet. This space worked well for two families with 8 children. Best of all the location is very convenient - an easy walk from the beach or from Tubbs hill and even the resort.
