Quiet side street, walk to Falmouth Center, Falmouth Harbor, Surf Dr Beach, bakery, band shell, ferry, Library, playground, Falmouth Commodores Baseball, Senior Center, Windfall Market and more. Bike to Woods Hole and North Falmouth along the Shining Sea Bke path

This home is in a very quiet neighborhood but steps away from all Downtown Falmouth has to offer. The Living room is bright and open and connected to the best room in the home … The Sunroom😎 … overlooking the large outdoor patio and fenced in backyard. The bedrooms are spacious, the home was completely redone the fall of 2023.

Walk to the Library, a modern playground, the band shell by the harbor ( Thursday night town band concerts in the summer), the Falmouth Commodores of the Cape Cod baseball league, 3 different ferries to Martha’s Vinyard, fishing charter boats, Starbucks / Dunkin , restaurants on the Harbor, Ic cream shops, the bus depot, tennis courts, walk/ bike to Falmouth Heights and more 😎
