A solo 250 pasos de la playa de Falmouth Heights y a 100 pasos de Little Pond, esta hermosa casa es ideal para familias: situada en un vecindario tranquilo y pintoresco y con un gran patio trasero.

La casa cuenta con 4 amplios dormitorios, 3 baños completos, una cocina recién instalada con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, lavadora / secadora, televisión por cable, acceso inalámbrico a Internet, además de aire acondicionado y calefacción central. Se proporcionan sábanas. NO se proporcionan toallas de baño y playa. También hay estacionamiento en la calle para 4 autos en la entrada.

We loved our week at this beautiful home. It has absolutely everything you need. The large fenced in yard makes it perfect for a fun family vacation. Falmouth Heights beach or Bristol beach are just a very short walk away.

Great place!

We have been coming to Falmouth and renting different houses for many years. Loved the layout of the house, big back yard, and proximity to the beach. We will be back!

Wonderful Vacation Home!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful vacation home! Bob and Bev were so gracious and accommodating and we are so thankful to them for sharing their lovely home with us! The house was beautiful, the location amazing, and the deck on the second floor was a favorite spot with our kids! We can't wait to come back again!

August Beach Week

Fantastic location walking distance to the beach and easy drive to great restaurants. The property is immaculate and perfect set up for a family beach vacation. The property owners stay connected throughout the initial rental process and through your stay. We will return again next year and highly recommend the property

Lovely house and location!

Our group of seven quilters enjoyed this lovely house in Falmouth, mass. The beds were so comfortable, and the house was perfect for our group! We sewed, talked, and visited quilt shops on the Cape. Weather was great (second week of May), and we walked to the beach often! This house was ideal for our group and would be a nice family setting!

Wonderful Home

We enjoyed our stay so much! The home is very comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There is room for everyone to gather together and also space enough to find a quiet corner. We loved having coffee on the upstairs deck with a view of the pond and we took beautiful walks by the ocean each morning. We were able to walk everywhere- the beach, town and the boat. The house and location made for a great vacation ( and the weather happened to be perfect while we were there). We look forward to returning!!

The Great Kentucket

This house was exactly as advertised. Communication with the owners was clear and concise. They made themselves completely available if needed. The house fit our family of 8 with ease. Plenty of room inside with great outdoor space, all within the Heights. The 3 full baths were important to the family and the outside shower was immaculate. Easy walking distance to the beach, town park and a decent family restaurant and bar for the adults. Definitely will try and book this property again.

Week at the Beach

Fantastic location just a very short walk to The Heights Beach as well as restaurants and a coffee shop. Bob and Bev were terrific hosts, always available for questions. The house was perfect for an adult family with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths (plus an outdoor shower). Lots of room in the backyard with a large table for outdoor relaxing/dining and a well appointed kitchen with everything you’ll need. We enjoyed the deck on the second floor for morning coffee with shaded views of the water. We’ve stayed at a number of Cape rentals and this was the best experience we’ve had.

Above & beyond our expectations!

Four friends & I rented this home for our annual girls getaway to the Cape. Over the years our group has grown and we needed to find a space that fit all of us. We are so lucky to have found this rental! The main living areas of the house are so comfortable - we spent most of our time in the backyard at the large 10-person patio table. The backyard on the home is very private and spacious - we cooked out one night on the grill and spent hours hanging out. We had the perfect weather week - I think the TV only was turned on in the mornings to check the weather! It was nice knowing we had Netflix and Wi-Fi at our disposal during our visit. The sleeping arrangements worked out really nice as well - tons of space in the home so even with 5 adults we never felt cramped. We're already looking at calendars for 2014 and hope to be back! Thanks to the owners for maintaining such a lovely home!

So close to the beach!! Beautiful home.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The hosts were great and so accommodating to us. The house is just a short walk from two beautiful beaches and in the most adorable neighborhood. This house has so much space to fit a large family. The pictures don’t do it justice! Great fenced in backyard! Would absolutely stay here again! There were 7 adults and 2 young kids and everyone fit well and had their own bathroom. Beds we so comfy!

Amazing location!

We spent a wonderful week at this home the first week of August. The property is much bigger than the pictures show and there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and have privacy. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and more! The best thing about this home is it is only one block from 2 beaches yet it is on a very quiet street. We could not have been happier with our annual beach trip!

Great week, Great location. Easy walk to the beach! Rooms upstairs a little warm with AC on. Better with air off and windows open. Downstairs remained cool when AC on. House very clean and comfortable.

a lovely house in a perfect location

The owners really provide everything you could need and are super responsive. The house is on a quiet block, 2 short blocks away from a beautiful beach. If you like to walk, you can get everywhere you need to go. There are restaurants nearby and we walked into town in 1/2 hour. Sitting on the sundeck in the mornings was the highlight for me. We highly recommend this property for your Falmouth vacation.

Beach Vacation

You couldn't ask for a better place to enjoy the beach and relax. Only 3 minute walk to a choice of two beaches and two restaurants. This house is very clean and is located in a quiet neighborhood and has everything you could possibly need while away.

Charming little beach house!

The house was very cute and extremely close to the beach. Owners were responsive and there was plenty of space for our family. Kitchen well equipped. Plenty of parking as well.
