We really enjoyed our stay! The host left us alot of nice amenities and the beach/ sunset views were spectacular!! The only drawback was the current construction going on at the base of the building. But, we made the best of it and would definitely return to the area!

Dear Cindy, Thank you very much for your kind review. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay, the amenities, and especially the beautiful beach and sunset views. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the construction taking place near the building. While this is outside of our control, we truly value your patience and are glad to hear it did not take away from your overall experience. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we would be happy to welcome you back anytime. Warm regards, FLVR Team

We had a wonderful time staying here! The condo was perfect for just the two of us and had everything we needed. The balcony was good size, provided shade and cover when it rained, and the ocean beach view was very nice as you are directly facing the beach and looking right down on the waves. Beautiful! It was a very short walk down and out the front to the beach and the condo had some beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet that we could use.The condo was very clean, including the bathrooms and bed linens, and it was obvious that detailed attention was given to everything, the kind of place where you quickly trusted that they had cleaned under things... not just wiped some things down. There were nice little touches like the candy on the table and some water bottles in the refrigerator. The kitchen was well organized and had about everything we needed to prepare breakfast and lunch a few times. The coffee maker was good. The TV was nice and large and had smart options to login to your favorite apps, just like the major hotels are doing now.5 out of 5!

Vacation June 2025

This place was amazing! There are chairs available to rent on the beach that they put out for you and have an umbrella- I wish this was listed rather than us having to find the phone number for the people but other than that we loved this place and the location! Would stay here again

The new laundry system is excellent, but you need a smart phone to use it. Carts provided for luggage & household items!

Overall Clean but Needs updates

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice and clean and there were lots of extras (beach toys, kitchen items etc) but the condo needs updating - specifically the patio doors. Part of the reason for being beachfront is the view. It was impossible to see it through the old foggy glass of the patio doors. You had to open the doors to enjoy the view (and there aren’t any screens). Appreciated the newer mattress on one of the foldouts in the LR but the other one needs replacing. Bathroom also needs updating. Also, the complex is nice but the pool is too small for the building. It says it’s heated but we were there mid May and the pool was still too cold to enjoy. Probably would not stay there again. For the price, there are better condos in the area (with two bathrooms).
