Beautiful country home on three acres and three hundred feet of waterfront..

This beautiful Country home sits on three acres and 300 feet of waterfront right in Osage Beach. This is a 3 bedroom with 3 and 1/2 baths. Comfortable sleeping for 10. There is a Queen size, pull out bed in the upstairs living room. And there is a Queen and a full size bunk bed in the downstairs living room. The laundry sits just off the downstairs living room.
The master bedroom showcases a shower with seven shower heads and excellent water pressure. There is also a nice walk in closet located within the master bathroom.
The upstairs game room has a card table and a high-top table and couch seating.
The kitchen and living room and dining room are located just off the master which is very convenient..
There are 3 covered patios on the house and many outdoor seating areas. There is a beautiful firepit in the middle of the backyard which is very much a well manicured park like setting. Take the walkway out to the covered dock. This is a shallow water dock .There will only be 2 to 2.5 feet of water at the dock at full pool.. Paddleboards canoes and kayaks are all recommended but boats are not. I do have a paddle board and a Canoe on site that I will rent either weekly or daily.
So I am the owner of the property.And I live in the barn on the property but in a totally separate dwelling from the main house. I am gone most of the time but I can be available if my tenants need something at the last minute. I have been in the short-term rental business for a long time.And my ultimate goal is for my tenants to have a fantastic vacation.
