Moderna unidad frente al mar totalmente equipada 510 en el Grand Victorian. Fabulosas vistas al mar
de cada una de las 3 cubiertas. (Palace Playland Side) Se pueden ver fuegos artificiales todos los jueves a partir del 28 de junio a las 9:45 desde las cubiertas. Justo en medio de todo.


Hemos amueblado y almacenado nuestro condominio como si fuera una casa principal durante todo el año. Hay cable t. v. en cada habitación. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama Queen y un muy cómodo sofá cama con colchón de gel, con su propio baño privado. Las dos habitaciones tienen 2 camas individuales en una y una cama Queen en la otra. También hay un colchón de aire y una cuna en el armario si es necesario
También tenemos una cuna, silla alta, toallas de playa, sillas de playa y un vagón de playa para usar. Algunas otras comodidades fabulosas son
  Bosh lavadora y secadora en la unidad
   Internet por cable / inalámbrico
    1 espacio de estacionamiento en el lugar y 1 espacio disponible fuera del sitio (esto es estándar en este edificio)
     Puertas y ventanas a prueba de sonido.
     ropa de cama y toallas
     Piscina cubierta, sauna y gimnasio.
      El edificio es seguro con el sistema de entrada de llavero
      

      Alquileres mensuales / a largo plazo disponibles durante los meses de invierno

Un corto viaje de 20 minutos a Portland o tomar el tren que está a pocos pasos de distancia. A poca distancia del centro comercial Maine Mall, Kittery Outlets, Freeport. o Kennebunkport. La ciudad también cuenta con un tranvía rojo local que lo llevará por la ciudad.

Well maintained and clean, with quality appliances and a fully equipped kitchen. Loved the large TV and the balcony, which looks out of the amusement park and the many walkers and gawkers. Fifth floor was a plus. Can see for miles...

Weekend Getaway

We were looking for a quiet place to relax but also walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. It did not disappoint, we were steps away from the beach, a short walk to some shops and restaurants. The condo was really nice with everything you need to relax and enjoy a great view of the pier and beach from one of the balconies. The property manager and owner were very responsive with any questions and we would definitely go back.

We had a nice stay on the beach. The condo was lovely and had all the amenities we needed. The only issues were that the dishwasher wasn’t working and the train was so close by so the whistle was quite loud.

Glad you enjoyed your stay . The train is part of old orchard, so the train will be heard anywhere you stay near the ocean . Yes , unfortunately the dishwasher was only a year old and broke , but we replaced with a new one

I am disappointed in Susan’s rating . 3 stars for a filter and a buffering t.v . Not sure what Susan means by that . But there is customer service in the lobby and I am available anytime .

The location is perfect as is the view. The kitchen has all the amenities needed and plenty of towels, even beach chairs!!! Some of the furnishings are quite worn and are past due replacing, bring cleaning supplies(if you like to referesh su, detergent, paper products and dish tabs from home! I may be petty but when paying that kind of money for the condo I guess my expectations are high.

Lovely extended family vacation!

We had a great time at this property - we had 3 generations traveling together, and it was an excellent space to share together. We were worried about the noise of being right next to the amusement park. It was much better than you might expect, as the walls and doors were quite sound-reducing, but some members of our group did prefer wearing earplugs when sleeping. We were all totally enamored of the view from the 5th floor! We could see the Ocean, including lifeguards running drills in the morning, and get a ferris-wheel-height view of the amusement park. It was a mesmerizing birds-eye view all around! The kids (we all) would come home tired from the beach and just sit on the deck and enjoy the view.

Incredible view!

This condo was terrific- it was super clean, fully equipped, and right across from Palace Playland, in the heart of Old Orchard Beach. The owners thought of anything and everything you could possibly want for a beach vacation with family. The view from the 5th floor towards the beach was amazing! Hope we can come back some time.

Really nice unit. Top floor with a great view. Perfect location. We were 7 adults but would have been a great place for kids too. All of us loved it and would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Nice Condo But Unexpected Charge After Departure

Pros: Condo was nice, well stocked with all we needed, great location. Cons: When we arrived, we realized that opening the drapes all the way out of the way of the inward opening balcony doors was very difficult...so much so, that the first time we tried, and tried very carefully, the curtain rod bracket broke and the heavy rod came down and hit my husband in the head. We sought out the maintenance person to inquire about what we should do to rectify the broken bracket and he said not to worry about it at all, that the owners are not that "nit-picky", that the doors ARE difficult to open with where the drapes are placed, that it probably finally happened after many renters pulled on it constantly, and that he could fix it no problem right then or we could just leave it and it will be fixed when we leave. We would have bought a bracket ourselves and fixed it immediately, but he put our minds at ease so we left it and enjoyed the rest of our vacation. We left the condo meticulously clean and orderly and we were shocked to get a notification when we got home that the owner was charging us $50 for the repair of the bracket!!!! We did not think that was fair at all as the drapes and rods are placed very precariously over the inward doors. Not to mention $50 is extreme for a bracket replacement. Just beware of the drapes and doors.

Excellent property!

We had an amazing time at this property. The condo was very well stocked and so clean!! It was absolutely beautiful and in such a great location! I would definitely recommend and we will be staying again soon I hope! Don’t pass this beautiful condo up. The host was also very responsive to messages and questions and super nice!

Great stay

We had a great experience staying here for a couple of nights during school vacation week. The kids loved the pool and the location is perfect, right on the beach and a quick drive to Portland. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice location

Location was great. The air conditioner did not work for the first 2 days of our stay. We had to sleep with the doors open because of the heat and being it's facing the boardwalk we didn't get much if any sleep the first night. Property owner was nice and it was fixed but I was disappointed.

Yes the ac did not work the first night , but was immediately fixed the next day . I did offer to reimburse krista for any inconvenience. She ended up opening doors at night as it was brisk outside
