Cozy and quiet studio apartment just 2 blocks from Wrigley Field and less than a 5-minute walk to the center of Wrigleyville where you will find dozens of shops, restaurants and bars. Although the apartment is close to all the action, this location is on a quiet street. Great spot to relax if you’re in town for a Cubs game or concert!

Damage Protection Fee:
The damage protection fee is built into your reservation booking total. This fee covers only unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that may occur during your stay. Damages must be disclosed to MEMORY LANE before or upon check- out of your stay. The fee will pay a maximum benefit of $300.00 . Any damages that exceed $300.00 will be charged to the guest. The guest shall be responsible for ALL damages or alterations caused by the guests and damages or alterations caused by any person within the guest’s party during the specified rental period. Should any damages or alterations be noted upon inspection after the guest departure, the guest agrees to pay for the entire cost of repairs. Guest authorizes the credit card on file to be charged If the charges or damages exceed the guest credit limit, the guest agrees to pay the difference immediately.
