The condo's beautiful, private beach is enjoyed even more with the provided beach umbrellas and lounge chairs. A fitness center is also available on-site for those who'd like to keep up with their workout routines.

When you aren't utilizing these fantastic perks, practice your swing at Harbourside Golf Course, embark on a family-friendly outing at the Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium, play pickleball or on the playground at Bayfront Park, and indulge in something delicious at one of the local seafood joints.

Bright and modernly updated, the interior of your stay boasts comfortable living quarters for your entire family. The living room's ample seating and large cable TV lend themselves to pleasant morning newscasts and evening movie viewings. The adjacent dining area and full kitchen are well-prepared for meals in.

Expansive and all yours, the primary bedroom displays its own large TV, work desk, and lovely en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is just as inviting, boasting two beds, a large TV, and of course, central air. A private washer/dryer rounds out the interior amenities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
