Fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with ocean views as soon as you enter the unit, the master bedroom even has an ocean view. A short walk to the sand and minutes from everything downtown Oceanside has to offer.
THE SPACE
THE VIEW: Beautiful ocean views from the patio and just a few steps from the sand! Take in the ocean views from the beautiful balcony while enjoying your morning coffee.
KITCHEN & DINING: Fully equipped kitchen with an eating area that sits 4 plus 2 extras at the eat-up counter.
LIVING SPACE: Comfortable sofa with queen-sized sofa sleeper and a coffee table. Flat-screen TV with access to free cable television.
BEDROOM: The master bedroom includes a king-size bed with a flat-screen TV with access to free cable television. 2nd bedroom has 1 queen-sized bed, 1 twin, a walkout balcony, and an attached bathroom.
BATHROOM: 2 bathrooms. The Master has a vanity area and tub/shower combo and 2nd bathroom has a vanity area with a newly remodeled walk-in shower.
OCCUPANCY: 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit; sleeps 6 people, max.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: High-speed internet, 1 dedicated parking spot, hair dryer, standing fans, standard beach equipment (i.e., beach towels, boogie boards, lounge chairs, umbrella, and wagon).
THE COMPLEX: North Coast Village is a beachfront property located in beautiful Oceanside and has so much to offer. The lush gardens throughout the complex provide a relaxing ambiance with the addition of the koi ponds under the HOA, you will be greeted with serene views throughout. The complex boasts 2 heated pools (one in the main complex and the other in the “A” building), a jacuzzi, community barbecue facilities, a fitness center, a sauna, laundry rooms, and even a game room with pool and foosball; fun for the whole family!
**NOTES: Please be aware that there is no air conditioning in the unit. Oceanside is luckily known to have idyllic weather throughout the year, however, if you happen to be staying with us during unusually warmer temperatures, standing fans are provided for your comfort and convenience.
Oceanside is nestled in an ideal location, set close to many major attractions and cities. Legoland (8 mi), San Diego Zoo Safari Park (29 mi), Old Town San Diego (36 mi), Sea World (37 mi), Downtown San Diego (39 mi), San Diego Zoo (40 mi), San Diego Airport (40 mi), and Disneyland (58 mi).
