Great condo! We had a minor issue with the hot water, and the management was very quick and responsive. The condo is very roomy and everyone in our family could spread out and be comfortable. The foosball table was so much fun to use with the kids!

We’ve been coming to Destin West for 20 years. This unit is by far the best one we’ve stayed in. It was perfect for the 3 families in our group. The only criticism I have is the sofa bed is not comfortable to sleep. It’s really bad. However there are 2 rollaways that accommodate for this. Also, there is no curtains for the sliding glass doors. We managed with eye masks so it worked out. With these two minor things (to us) I still give 5 . The condo updates are high end and better than any we have experienced.

Very nice and easy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Instructions were clear and the place was spacious. We had a full house and it did not feel like everyone was on top of one another. The amenities were nice and the walk to the beach wasn’t too bad either. Loved how well stocked this place was too. Only thing is the floors need a good scrub.

Turn key relaxation

Comfort, style, and beach proximity. My family and I are thankful for the accomodations to facilitate beach access for our celebration of life for my son's recent suicide after he separated from the Air Force. The event was a success and everyone was able to commiserate together.

Family Get Together

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very spacious. The 2nd bedroom would be better if the bunk beds were eliminated and replaced with 1queen bed and 1full sized bed instead of the bunk beds. The living room could’ve used a couple of chairs Not enough seating for everyone. The chairs at the island were uncomfortable. Something with a little cushion to them would’ve made them more comfortable. The door to the balcony from the kitchen area needs to be made operational so if you wanted to go out to the balcony and sit there you could get out from there. The rugs in the bedrooms and living room need cleaning. Had to vacuum the rug in the living room. It was full of sand. The floors were very dirty. Had to mop them . This should’ve been done prior to our arrival . Had an issue with someone smoking marijuana in a unit 2 floors below us so we couldnt sit out on our balcony until they went back in their condo. More lamps in the living room are needed for better lighting. Could use a ceiling fan on the balcony. Can get rather hot out there. We know everything isnt going to be perfect but these are some issues that could give your rental unit a bad review so we are bringing these issues to your attention so they can be fixed before another family rents it. All in all we had a fun time.
