Amazing opportunity to live at the beach on a monthly or multi-monthly basis. Please note, rentals would begin on the first of a month and end on the last day of that month, or the end of a following month (partial month rentals are not available). Located in the pristine white sands of Madeira Beach, Surfside Towers offers direct beach access and the most spectacular sunsets. Your living space includes two bedrooms with walk-in closets, two updated bathrooms and a full kitchen/dining room. In-unit washer and dryer allow you to focus more on beach time and relaxation. Comfortable, new furniture in the living room. This fourth-floor unit offers a furnished screened balcony spanning across the living room and master bedroom, with large sliding glass doors to take in the beautiful view and those breath-taking sunsets. Optimally located on the fourth floor. Great location convenient to nearby attractions, including the historic John’s Pass-which offers a variety restaurants and shops! Amenities include an on-site fitness room, heated pool and hot tub located directly facing the beach, an outdoor table area to enjoy lunch or a drink, large indoor and outdoor party rooms, as well as a game room. The 10-story, 72-unit building is well managed and includes on-site maintenance. This rental offers garage parking, conveniently located near the elevator; carts are available to transport luggage and groceries! There are several guest parking spaces available for your visitors. Electricity, basic streaming and internet are included in your rent. You can kick back or play in the sand, have a drink watching the sunset and/or head out for a fun evening. Great location to visit surrounding beach areas and attractions, including Clearwater and Saint Pete Beaches, as well as access to the Tampa Bay area.

I am originally from Chicago, but I’ve always been a beach girl. In 2002 I relocated to Tampa, which is where I live full-time. When searching for an investment opportunity, I could be passionate about, it made sense to purchase a condo on the beach. This will be an investment for my family, a vacation home when it is not rented, and my future home. I would love to have people be part of our journey by visiting this great condo in such a beautiful environment. When I recently purchased, I started to add my own touches. I pay attention to some of the little things in order to make your stay positive and fun as possible. 😎

I chose this neighborhood, because it is so conveniently located to all of the beaches. Everyone I have met so far in Madeira Beach has been nothing but friendly. The area offers laid-back beach feeling, as well as fun, energy and activities available during the day or evenings. It is located about 30 miles from home, which is convenient for my family, yet far enough away that we still feel like we are on vacation. One of the things I find most difficult is when it’s time to leave, I just miss that sound of the waves you can even hear with the doors closed. When you open the door even an inch, you can hear the waves in full swing; It is one of the most calming sounds I’ve ever heard. Spending a month or two in this condo can help you and create amazing memories. Many people who visit this property are repeat visitors. I recently met a man from New Jersey who comes down every year, and he said he explored the beach to try something different and cannot find a better place to stay.

Repeat visitors and referrals are the top reasons Surfside Towers stands out. Several guests come down from northern states and Canada, then end up meeting and making new friends. With monthly rentals, you end up spending extra time with your neighbors (if you choose) at the pool or beach. There is a weekly happy hour every Friday for guests and owners.
