This ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps 6, is a haven for relaxation and comfort, with all of the amenities to make your beach vacation unforgettable. Park right outside the front door - no worrying about lugging heavy bags across huge parking garages, no waiting for elevators, and no taking flights of stairs. Once you walk through the door, you will immediately feel at home. The condo comes fully furnished with a full kitchen, full size refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, crockpot, and blender. All dishes, utensils, pots and pans are provided for your convenience. The sleeping accommodations include a master bedroom with a king bed and adjoining bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed and adjoining bathroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a washer and dryer available for guests. The private patio is the perfect spot to have your morning coffee or to feel the ocean breeze as you wind down from your day in the sun.

The condo's dog-friendly policy means that your furry friend can come along for the ride, exploring the local area and making new memories with you. Being on the ground floor will make it easy for you and your pup to go for walks around the property.

Sugar Beach Condominiums is a peaceful complex with beautiful landscaping and serene ponds where you can feed the resident turtles and fish. The pool is the perfect spot to hangout after spending the day at the beach. Restrooms and outdoor showers are located conveniently to the beach and pool. The property is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, you won't even need to drive anywhere!

We provide all of the necessities to get you settled in and relaxed. Beach towels are not provided with linens, so guests will need to bring their own. There is a grocery store close by for you to replenish and pickup any items that you may need for the remainder of your stay.

THINGS TO KNOW:

All guests are required to register their vehicles one to two days prior to check in and pay for parking passes and wristbands. The link to register will be sent to guests prior to arrival. Guests can pick up their parking pass and wristbands at the Sugar Beach front office. Guests who bring their dog will need to register with the same link.

Parking pass is required. $35 per car (2 max) paid to Sugar Beach HOA

Pets or Animals Allowed:
The condo and Sugar Beach have rules and regulations regarding pets. You must contact the owner prior to booking to discuss bringing a dog(s). There are no cats allowed at this property. The Owner must approve any dog that the guest is planning to bring. Failure to get approval before bringing a dog will result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Sugar Beach has rules on types of dogs permitted and allows 2 (maximum) dogs per unit. Additional pet fees will be paid to the owner and Sugar Beach if dogs are approved by the owner. All dogs must be registered at the Sugar Beach prior to arrival.

3 nights or less: $80 (1 dog), $120 (2 dogs)
4 nights or more: $150 (1 dog), $200 (2 dogs)

Dogs must be crated when they are left alone in the condo and they are not allowed on any furniture. Dogs must be on leash at all times when not in the condo and owners must pick up after them.

Due to HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
