A brand new cottage located near the shores of Lake Michigan in beautiful South Haven, Michigan

INSIDE THE HOME
This 4 bedroom, 2 bath single story house sleeps up to 8 people and has plenty of space for entertaining and family time. The home offers an open-concept layout with a dining room adjoined to the spacious kitchen with a large island. The living room has a comfy couch and plenty of seating. Enjoy watching TV or grab one of our many board games and let the family memories begin!

We pride ourselves in providing all the comforts of home for your stay including comfy bed linens, fluffy towels, hairdryers, and WIFI. Our fully equipped kitchen offers a coffee station, beverage fridge, and everything needed, including all the staples, for a homey enjoyable stay. We are a family-friendly house including a pack-n-play, high chair, baby monitor, and baby gate. We also have some fun books and activities for all ages!

OUTSIDE THE HOME

There are three outdoor patios to relax and unwind on after a full day at the beach. The side patio situated right off the kitchen is equipped with a gas grill and a lovely dining space to enjoy outdoor meals. The rear patio has Adirondack chairs and a fire pit to enjoy campfire songs and S'mores of course. Relax and hear the waves of beautiful Lake Michigan under the stars.

The cottage is situated on over an acre of land and has a sprawling yard to run and play outdoor games and have hours of fun! The open air front porch is perfect for morning coffee and taking in natures beauty. Parking is available on the premises for 3 cars.

THE LOCATION

The cottage is located 1 mile south of the blue stairs of south Beach and kids Corner and 1 mile north of deer Lick Creek Park. There is a quiet and serene nature feel to the property all while it being minutes to downtown South Haven's wonderful restaurants and shopping. We are also close to the Van Buren bike trail.
