The grand, two-story foyer of this newly constructed, professional-decorated home, welcomes you with custom paneling and beautiful wood floors throughout. The open concept living and dining room adjacent to the chef’s kitchen feature stunning two-story vaulted ceiling with large, architectural windows, gas fireplace and a Sonos in-ceiling sound system. The second floor features an additional lounging area with 60-inch television and in-ceiling Sonos sound system. This gives large or multiple families the ability to have plenty of space to spread out to come together or have some alone time.

The outdoor areas invite relaxation on your private 12 x 14 back deck with a comfortable lounging area and a gas grill. The rear yard and garden spaces around the property are professionally landscaped, creating a tranquil space for morning coffee, afternoon appetizers, or just relaxing after a day at the beach. Plus, guests with children or dogs will have complete peace of mind to find the entire rear yard is fully fenced. This home is available year-round, allowing you to enjoy the Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey Beach areas in any season.

This is an excellent property with everything in perfect condition. Location is within walking distance to bars and restaurants. Beach is a close walk and beach chairs supplied with the house. The photos of the home are very accurate. Beautiful property—we really enjoyed it.

The house was spacious, clean, and well appointed. A block and a half from the beach and accessible to dining and shopping. The kitchen appliances were top notch. Lots of dishes, flatware, and kitchen tools. The large propane grill was great. The onsite representative was exceptional: helpful and ready to assist.

This was our second year staying at a property of luxury villas by the sea and it was wonderful. The home was clean and spacious. A easy walk to the beach and a lovely private backyard for relaxing afterwards. The rental company was very easy to contact and addressed any concerns quickly. We will definitely rent from them again in the future.

We had a great stay! The house is perfect and close to the beach. I will say the walk to the town of Dewey is around 15 minutes and you have to walk on the side of the highway but it’s not a terribly long walk.

Perfection!

We loved the house! Everything was perfect and very comfortable-especially the beds. There was plenty of room to spread out, and the fact that we could bring our dogs was a huge plus.

Beautiful beach house

We enjoyed our stay at this newly built home. Spacious, light, comfortable, easy walk to the beach. Perfect for a group of friends. The only issue we encountered was the gas fireplace wasn't working properly.

Blissful Home!

This is a beautiful home! We were in town for a family wedding and very much enjoyed our time within the house. It has a lot of comfortable seating areas and the large dining room table and island made spending time together fun and easy. The kitchen is very well-equipped and they even have extras like an iron (not something you usually need at the beach but we did for the wedding weekend!). Communication with the property manager was very easy and they were quick to get back to me when I had a question right before arriving. The house was exceptionally clean! We loved it and would highly recommend!

Great Home Away From Home

We enjoyed our family vacation on Jersey Street. We brought our two little fur babies so they could run around on the beach. The house was great- well kept and true to the pics. The location was very convenient. It was only two blocks to the beach, a short ride to the Rehoboth boardwalk, and near coastal highway outlets. Check in was easy. We look forward to returning in the future. Thank you!

Long Weekend of Fun with the Family

The house was stunning warm and welcoming! I invited my 5 adult children (all in their 20's) and they were so happy to be able to easily walk to either Dewey or Rehoboth as well as the Beach. The house had everything we needed including Beach chairs and 2 ovens for us to hold an Appe3tizer cooking competition. ala Chopped style. We are already trying to plan what week to return next year.

Great house!

I have had some ok experiences with renting a house but this house was very clean and every picture was the truth! House was brand new and everything was perfect. Close to the beach and great street! Kids could even ride bikes on the street. No trace of any dogs being there which was great because although we have a dog he does not shed.

lovely house and quiet neighborhood.

My husband and I live in Scottsdale, Arizona, so we flew four hours and drove two hours over Labor Day weekend to this home in Dewey Beach, Delaware. The house is lovely and it is a short block to a beautiful beach. The purpose of our stay was to spend time with our children, their spouses and our new grandchild in a comfortable setting. This rental served our purposes. The downside was we needed to rent towels, sheets, chairs and umbrellas which adds $1,000 to our rental costs. Not all the towels and chairs were in great shape. Would I do it again? Yes!

Worked well for our group. Lots of plates/cups/trays. An unbelievable quantity of artificial plants. Price a little high for size of property.

Nice week with the family

House was nicely appointed and very clean. Closeness to to the beach was key given the hot weather. We especially appreciated that management was accommodating in getting us in a few hours before the standard check-in time. We enjoyed our time here. Thanks!

Elevated beach trip

Stunning! If you are looking for an elevated beach vacation, this house will do the trick! Beautifully furnished and decorated for the right balance of beach feel and comforts of home. We loved the location- one mile to Rehoboth and still walking distance to the heart of Dewey. Perfect distance to the beach made it easy for us to pop back up to the house with our child. Highly recommend this property!

Gorgeous House, Close to Beach & Perfect for Multiple Families

We booked a last minute stay with friends to spend some time at the beach over Memorial Day Weekend. So lucky to have found this spot open! The house is brand new, absolutely stunning, perfectly appointed and literally steps from the beach. First… the pictures don’t do this property justice. It really is breathtaking with every detail thought of. I loved the ability to use the lamps versus overhead lighting, which I find can just be too bright—totally different ambiance. Loved the second living area upstairs, which gave the kids a place to play while the grown ups gathered downstairs. The loft made it easy to hear what they were up to without having to monitor, which gave us more time to visit! The decor is just beautiful. I’ve been in a LOT of rental properties, but very few with this level of decor. It honestly looked like it belonged in a magazine. We loved the location. It was much quieter than being in the thick of either Rehoboth or Dewey, and so easy to get to the beach (or run back to the bathroom when needed with the littles!). It was maybe a little bit more than a block. We didn’t even bother with our beach cart (nearly always a necessity with all the kid supplies!) And there were lots of restaurants within walking distance. The off street parking was a DREAM! We are so used to having to get parking passes when we visit. We literally parked the cars and left them all weekend. Plenty of space for 2-3 families. We will definitely be back! Just loved this place.

Great beach house!!

What a lovely time we had at 112 Jersey ! The proximity to the beach is fantastic, and it’s dog friendly! From the time you walk through the door you feel at home. The attention to detail throughout the house is superior. It is beautifully appointed with style and comfort being top priority. The furnishings were of high quality and beds were soooo comfy. Each room had its own unique charm. Cocktails in the evening or morning coffee, the deck is the place to be. Surrounded by mature trees and lovely landscaping you’ll think you’re in your own oasis! Communication with the host was great and extremely easy. We’ll be back for sure!!
