This newly constructed 1 bedroom/1 bath cottage offers a full kitchen equipped with all the essentials, king size bed, washer/dryer, sofa that converts into a full-size bed. Centrally located, its only 15 mins to Fort Collins (CSU), 24 mins to Longmont and 30-mile drive to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Really nice place. Clean, comfortable, private. What else would you want. We love the place and will stay again if in the area. Close to downtown and the mountains are not far away!

Everything was very clean. The place was very modern. One of the nicer places I've stayed at. Definitely beat staying at a hotel. Located close to the downtown restaurants and bars.

Family Trip

This location was great! It was close to coffee, gas, grocery store, downtown. Also in close proximity to activities we were wanting to enjoy while in the area. The property was gorgeous! It was perfect for what we needed for our stay. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Perfect 1 BR with full kitchen & laundry. We had a great stay, location is super close to downtown Loveland. Loved the interior design. Above garage very nice. Perfect for a 4 day long weekend!

Great Thanksgiving stay

This property was immaculate, new, and very comfortable for our 3 night stay. It had everything we needed. The owners had decorated for the holidays, which was a lovely bonus. We highly recommend and will book again when we visit family.

Greay stay in Loveland

This was a great space for my husband and I to stay while we explored Loveland, Fort Collins and Estes Park. Loved the quiet area and the homey feel of the cottage.

Convenient and Comfortable

This VRBO was super nice, clean, and located in a good spot in Loveland. The place had everything we need. The host was super attentive and kind.

Affordable income fee and clean.

We were in town for our granddaughter’s graduation. The flight of stairs wasn’t a problem for us, but could be for us. The bed was comfortable and shower great. We enjoyed the availability of restaurants, groceries, and other entertainment close by. I do suggest reading lamps in the living area.

Fantastic Location, New Construction

My wife and enjoyed every moment of our stay. We were in town for our son's college graduation and we at festivities most of the time. One of the best things about the cottage is it's location. Loveland has a stretch of one-way roads right through town and the cottage is conveniently located in the lock between the directions. We arrive late, easily drove to the cottage and then got up early to get to more events and easily got back on the other one way road to get back to Fort Collins.So, while we weren't often at the cottage, it was so comfortable, we easily relaxed from our people-filled days and slept really well. Some day we're come back with less to do so that we can cook food and watch a movie and really hang out. We ate breakfast in downtown Loveland one morning. We drove because we needed to dine and dash. But, I though as we did how enjoyable it would be to walk the few blocks to get food or drinks.The hosts were great. As a bonus, because our kid is continuing on for an advanced degree, we already have a few more trips planned over the next couple of years and we'll most definitely come back to stay.
