Hola y gracias por visitar Walker House. Walker House Capacidad para 12 personas cómodamente en 7 habitaciones. Con 3 pisos, esta casa es perfecta para un alquiler de dos familias que permite a cada familia tener un piso privado. Construido en 1900, esta casa ha conservado su carácter original, pero tiene todas las nuevas comodidades modernas. Con una piscina climatizada, una cancha de tenis de arcilla y una ducha al aire libre en un amplio lote de esquina de 1 acre, esta casa tiene todo en el lugar para disfrutar de un relajante fin de semana con amigos y familiares. Sala de estar con alcoba con sala de estar en la planta baja y puertas francesas que conducen a la piscina y barbacoa. Arriba, el maestro ha adjuntado den con TV. A poca distancia del centro, se puede disfrutar fácilmente del día en la casa mientras se va en bicicleta al mercado local de agricultores y al pueblo para comprar la cena o comer fuera. Escápese a Dune Road por un día en una de las muchas playas y cene en uno de los locales de mariscos Dune Road. East Quogue está a una corta distancia en auto de Southampton y Westhampton para un día de compras y restaurantes. La casa está ubicada a pocas cuadras del Hampton Jitney, lo que permite un fácil acceso a Nueva York en cualquier momento.

ANOTHER GREAT TIME!

We have rented for a few years at this house and always have a wonderful time. Enjoyed lots of tennis and pool time and hit many of the beaches for surfing and sunbathing. Always love to shop at Fandango in Hampton Bays and had a few nights of fresh fish on the BBQ. The living room and dining room are large enough for a big group and several different activities can be going on at the same time. We'll be back!

Great stay for families/group

We loved our stay at this property. The owner and property manager were both really great and responsive. The house is as advertised, the pool is great and the tennis court is well-maintained. There is a ton of space over multiple floors, so it was very comfortable for our group of 5. Close to town of East Quogue so you can walk to get dinner or pick up wine, etc. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Family home

My wife and I, our three children, two kids-in-law and two grandchildren stayed here for 8 nights and it was the perfect house for us. Clean, incredibly well-equipped kitchen and well=maintained pool and tennis court. We couldn't have drawn it up any better. We had one glitch with a smoke alarm and the property manager was incredibly responsive, and communications with the owner leading up to our visit were most helpful. Highly recommended.

Great Family Place!

My family has stayed in this home for several years now and we all love it. Enjoyed lots of tennis, cooling off in pool, cooking on the new grill, casual breakfasts at the big table and the AC is such a bonus! The beds and linens are super comfy. One of the best things about this house is the amount of space and seating in the living room. So many big houses do not have a place for all to sit and chat, play games, etc. All in all, once again a fabulous stay!!

Fabulous Place to Visit

What a wonderful place to land after several days in busy New York City. The location was perfect and central to everything. We were just a few minutes to the ocean. The home was beautiful with everything we could have needed. And all of the communication about our stay was responded to quickly and with great kindness. It made the entire visit fabulous! Great Summer Rental!

The house is incredibly spacious, very clean and just a great layout for a lot of guests. The large outdoor area is perfect for your guests to spread out in between the eating area, pool, tennis courts...etc. Would highly recommend!

Another Fabulous Time!

We love this house! My family loved it for a week in August and now a long weekend of 'old' college friends in September. Everyone is comfortable with the amount of rooms and the 'hang out' space is large enough for a big group. The tennis was on when we were there and all had a good seat to watch! Great dining room table for eating and games. Kitchen has new countertops and bright new floor. Also, the area is so fun. We always hit Fandango in Hampton Bays (a unique women's clothing store) and the antique shops near there. Love the New Moon restaurant in East Quogue and the shops in town. All in all another wonderful stay! Thanks Kate!

Another Great Vacation

This is our 4th year in this great house. It's perfect for our large family...especially the spacious living room where TV, games, reading, hanging out together, can all take place. It was very hot and humid the whole week but no matter to us as the AC works great and the pool was a blessing, especially after many tennis games. Thanks again for such a wonderful vacation!

Charming, comfortable oasis

I planned my best friend's bachelorette party in the Hamptons this past weekend. I was looking for homes for months last summer, and finally came across Kate's property last October, and I was sold. The house is so charming, extremely spacious and has all the amenities you could need. We were 12 girls, and we had no problems getting ready with the number of bathrooms in this house. We enjoyed the tennis court, the pool, and the jenga :) Everyone was so impressed by the house and how comfortable it was. The house was also extremely clean, and Kate has a folder with information on everything you might need. The location was also very convenient, we had easy access to the north fork wineries, and also a quick taxi ride away from bars and restaurants. Additionally, what really made choosing this property even more worth it, was Kate - she was incredibly nice, responsive and accommodating through the entire process. We will definitely look for another opportunity to come back!

We stayed here for a low-key bachelorette party and it was truly perfect.

Myself and 10 other girls stayed at Walker House for my bachelorette party. I was looking for a clean, airy, relaxing place for all of us to comfortably stay for a laidback getaway — I was not disappointed ! The House appears in person exactly as it does in the images provided by the owner. The bathrooms are stocked with anything you may need including toilet paper, towels, and hair dryers. The kitchen was also filled with pots, pans, silverware, and a blender. The pool was gorgeous (and heated) and we had a wonderful time lounging in and around it. We were simply blown away by the tennis court! Working with Kate on any questions and concerns that came up before the trip was a breeze. We will certainly be returning next year.

Perfect Family Vacation House

This charming Victorian home is our family's hands-down favorite vacation house in Quogue/East Quogue. There are lots of bedrooms, most with their own small bathrooms, a great outdoor shower, a large well-stocked kitchen with a large stove and 2 refrigerators - one for food with water/ice in door and the other for beverages, a laundry room, separate dining room with bench seating that fits a crowd, and cozy living room space for family games, tv and reading. The outside space is great - big table with lights for outdoor dining, grill, large heated pool and beautiful tennis court. Central A/C worked great on hot, humid days. The location was convenient - 13 minutes by car to Tiana and 18 minutes to Ponquogue beaches - easy walk to gourmet food store/butcher - short drive to great farmers market and grocery store. There is a very responsive property manager a phone call away if needed. We loved our week at Walker House. We'll definitely be back!

Something For Everyone

We have stayed at this lovely house several times and it is always a big hit with my family. Tennis, pool, surfing, BBQing, biking, fishing, relaxing, games, etc....all kinds of activity. One of the best features of the house is the large living room where many people can hang out. Many large houses do not have a good space like this which is important for a rainy day. The central air is wonderful, especially if you are the cook! We went to Tiana and Ponquoque beaches...beautiful days. Already booking for next year!

Couples House

I recently got married out east on the North Fork and rented this house for myself, my bridesmaids and their husbands. This house comfortably sleeps 12 people, and moreover it sleeps 6 couples! Most of the bedrooms have their own bathroom which was also ideal. This house is very spacious and cozy. The yard (front and back) is huge on this corner property. The table on the backyard deck was a nice touch for our group to gather around for dinner.

Charming house!

This house was everything and more! It was extremely well stocked with all sorts of paper goods, lots of fresh towels, serving utensils, glassware, games for the kids, bikes, and pool toys. The central AC felt wonderful in the heat and humidity. Everyone enjoyed the large pool. There are lounge chairs at the pool area, too. The kids loved the hammocks and playing tennis with the rackets and ample balls on hand. The only negatives are that the beds are really soft and one shower was too small for the adult male to use (he used the outdoor shower) otherwise this was the PERFECT house! The owner and property manager were quick to respond to any questions that we had.

Much more spacious than I pictured!

We had a great vacation! There was tons of space for all of us and tons of activities to keep us busy. We enjoyed the pool, tennis and Ponquogue beach. Having 2 refrigerators was great! The owner and property manager were very attentive and prompt with any questions we had. Overall great house on a beautiful property!

Wonderful stay

Great time from start to finish. Wasn't expecting a communal TV but we were all happily surprised to find one. First floor twin bedroom was a huge plus for my father who uses a walker. Heated pool was necessary for the slightly chilly early September weather. Bikes were available for short trips into town or to the waterfront park. Plenty of tennis rackets and balls. Property manager available as needed and responded quickly to questions. Lovely time had by all, hope to return!

WONDERFUL FAMILY VACATION

My large family had such a wonderful time at Kate's place. No one wanted to leave and we will book for next summer! I have stayed here before but the improvements make it even more enjoyable. The central air conditioning was excellent as it was a very humid week, having two fridges worked out really well and the tennis court is perfect and was a big hit. The house is large and comfortable with a beautiful, private backyard and a heated pool. Unlike other houses where you have a hike to get to the pool and tennis, these are steps from the back door and afford 'audience participation'. Lots of tennis but we also had bocce on the large front lawn, seafood on the grill, hanging out/eating at the family size dining room table, and cooking breakfast on the Viking stove. Interesting side streets for walking for exercise or to town for bagels! Some area info: Tiana beach is about 10 minutes away, Cor J Seafood near Ponquogue Bridge is a must see experience tho expensive...go early. Right in town....good sushi and Italian, two very good delis, Goldbergs bagels, liquor store, the East Quogue Pub and New Moon restaurant....everything you need. For fine dining you cannot beat Stone Creek Inn, also in East Quogue In Hampton Bays there is "Fandango" a unique and fun women's clothing store. Thank you Kate for what we all said was the best vacation EVER!!

Fantastic

We went with friends and had an excellent and relaxing time. The house is spacious, airy, clean and perfect for a large group of friends. It was fun to be close to the beach but we loved the pool and the tennis court was a bonus. The kitchen is large and well stocked, including updated stove and 2 fridges. We highly recommend the house and look forward to another stay next summer!
