After a day on the water, letting your worries float away, enjoy a glass of wine on the deck around the fire pit or pick up a paddle and play a few rounds of ping pong before nestling into the ultra-cozy leather couch by the fireplace in the living room to stream a new movie or binge your latest TV show obsession. This home promises a sanctuary from life's tensions and will anchor you in tranquility!

About the Home
• Kitchen with island seating for 3, dining for 8, dishwasher, and standard drip-style coffee maker
• Living room with Smart TV for streaming, gas log fireplace, and access to the deck with solo stove and seating overlooking the lake
• Upper-level loft, open to the living room, with a sitting area, game table, and balcony with seating
• Lower-level game room with second living area, Roku TV, ping-pong, and access to the lower-level deck with picnic and lounge seating and ring-toss-hook game
• The walk to the dock requires navigating long and occasionally uneven steps. The experience of the lake is well worth it! Lounge and relax on the upper dock or walk down to the lower dock to swim. The homeowner stores their boat and various water toys at the dock; these are unavailable for guest use for liability reasons. Boats cannot be launched from the property, so guests should plan to use one of the nearby public boat ramps on Lake James

Please note: This house is dog-friendly, with a $100.00 non-refundable fee per dog (maximum of two). Sorry, this home is not cat-friendly due to common allergies. While standard towels and linens are provided, this home does not supply lakeside/swim towels.

The driveway is paved but very steep. There is parking at the bottom of the driveway for 2 to 3 vehicles and space to park 1 vehicle at the halfway point. The space to the right of the garage allows you to turn around. The garage itself is not available for guest use.
