Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We’re so glad to hear your family enjoyed the beachfront location, comfortable accommodations, and beautiful views—especially time spent on the balcony. It’s great to know those aspects helped make your stay memorable. We also truly appreciate your constructive feedback. We understand how furniture layout, kitchen supplies, and storage space can impact comfort, especially during a longer stay, and we’ll be reviewing these areas with our team. Your comments regarding cookware and household supplies are helpful as we evaluate how to better support guests staying for a full week. We sincerely apologize for the maintenance concerns you encountered with the dishwasher and dryer. That is not the standard we strive for, and we are addressing this with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure more thorough routine checks moving forward. Regarding rental terms, we appreciate you pointing out your experience, and we will review how and when that information is communicated to ensure greater clarity for future guests.
