Wonderful Experience

The beach was amazing and we had a perfect sunset view. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare great meals. Great bathrooms with plenty of water pressure and hot water for showers There were only two of us but the place had so much room and would easily accommodate more. We never waited long for an elevator and we felt very safe walking the halls and in the parking garage.

BAD DREAM

I did a review on your site. The floors were filthy, the furniture came from Goodwill. The elevators need a fan in the ceiling and there should have been more of them for 24 floors. It was a third rate place and i will broadcast it anywhere i have the opportunity. It sure wasnt satisfaction guaranteed or your money back

The location and resort is amazing ! All you need ! Resort is so clean and very helpful and nice! Felt very safe ! The condo needs some minor fixes! The pull out bed on sofa is broken on corner, hard to sleep on. The foot stool is broken. The patio furniture chairs are broken in the back making it hard to sit in; not enough seating on patio for recommended guest for condo. They only had two chairs. The patio is also very dirty and stained.

Broken bed, plastic bucket and cooking pot holding bed together, really dirty, checking in is a nightmare not email for check in instructions was ever send . Other people underwear on dryer Managements is not capable to answer simple questions....please don’t waist your money.

One of the most expensive units we paid for over the years and it was one of the least impressive

The actual unit was fine, the beds were good & the view was beautiful. It definitely needs updating including better WiFi. Our biggest complaints included the awful elevator wait times...I mean awful, they had a total of 4 elevators for 23 floors & I felt bad for the employees who also had to use and wait for the same elevators. The pools were super packed all the time, we had a tent and 4 chairs stolen. There is no arcade that they advertise & the coupons they leave as a “thank you” are all for a different complex down the road?? We for sure won’t be returning.

Room wasn't ready upon the supposed check in time. Had to wait an hour and a half. Upon entering, the floors were SOPPING wet from having just been mopped. Couch bed mattress had stains...disgusting. The WAIT for the elevator was the worst experience of the whole trip. Waiting 30 minutes to hopefully get a ride on a non-air conditioned elevator with so many other people crammed inside, with children in tow, was horrible. The ride also consisted of everyone on the elevator talking about how miserable it was. Checking in and out with baggage carts caused for us to have to wait 45 minutes to get a ride to the parking garage because of the amount of people all coming and going at the same time. We had two drops in wi-fi, which caused issues with the two teens with me, but was corrected after making a few phone calls to the tech support number provided. The ocean was beautiful during our stay, but we couldn't see much of it due to the massive amount of people. This experience reminded me that Panama City isn't what it used to be, and will probably be something my children want to experience on a spring break or something when they are older. It wasn't as family friendly as I remember from my teen years. The condo was nice from an outside perspective and first glance, but there were too many small things that caused the trip to be overwhelming and disappointing. I expected the trip to be much more relaxing, but due to the elevator wait, the difficulty in getting luggage carts to and from the 3rd floor unloading spot, and the time it took to even get to the beach because of the wait and the amount of people, it wasn't relaxing much at all. The condo needs to make some major elevator improvements since there are so many guests there at one time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean when we arrived and the pictures on the website reflect the unit well. We enjoyed the private balcony as well as the outdoor swimming pool with a very comfortable water temperature. Security made a regular presence in the pool area to check wrist bands. The condo unit was a good location. We were able to walk to a few restaurants. Walmart is a half mile down the road. You could either drive or walk if you didn't have a lot of groceries to carry. I would return again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an absolutely amazing time. The condo was very nice. My only complaint about the unit itself, is that when we first arrived it had a musty smell like it had been sitting vacant for a while. The bed was also not very comfortable either but not uncomfortable enough to give any less of stars. It had a beautiful view of the gulf from the balcony which we enjoyed. The resort itself was beautiful. We did have an issue with parking which is not the property management's fault. We had originally booked through another property management company for a different unit but that unit had sold. I had already paid for the parking a couple of weeks prior to our arrival. When the unit had sold it messed up our parking registration. Again, not the property management's fault. I had to repay for parking after being there for a couple of days. That was inconvenient. I'm still waiting for the refund of the first parking reservation that I made. Overall the stay was very enjoyable and would return to this unit again. Thank you so much for a much relaxing vacation.

Majestic 1106

The resort was nice, location is good. The unit was less than ok. The master bed was absolutely impossible to sleep on, the mattress was saggy and uncomfortable. The bunk bed mattresses were terrible, also saggy and uncomfortable. Three of the kitchen cabinet doors were loose and falling off. The dresser in bunk area was junk, drawers didn’t stay in the runners. The tv remotes needed new batteries and the cable box had to be unplugged and rebooted 4 times in 6 days to get it to work regularly. So, if you are looking for a comfy place to stay on family vacation this may not be the unit.

Nice view bad service

Elevator is beyond slow. wasted a lot of time just waiting. smoke alarms went off several times in middle of the night waking my whole family. Not a good feeling when you're on the 11th floor. Called to let them know the next day, and they said they would send someone and hung up. Didnt say when someone would show up to fix them, had to wait around and waste our last day and they never showed, Black mold all over in the laundry closet. Bathroom smelled like sour towels, Wifi only worked part of the time Long, hot walk to vehicle every time you wanted to go somewhere or get something out of your vehicle. No blankets for one of the beds so my son had to use several towels to keep warm at night and good luck finding anyone to ask for a blanket No one there on-site to help you. Was hoping to come to Florida to destress and have some fresh air for my lungs since I have asthma but I was constantly smelling ciggerette smoke. Every time I'd go out on my balcony I was bombarded by smoke. Laying in the beach, smoke. Just an awful experience. So very disappointed. Paid over 4,000 for one week at a place we thought was going to be nice. This place is more like a cheap party motel. Would not recommend to families with children.

Overall satisfied

The room was great. Elevators were slow to get on. The access code was changed on check out day before 10 am. When I made our reservation there was an agreement that was sent as well that I overlooked with all the emails you get after you book. I never received another email reminder or phone call until 3 days before leaving a cancellation email. Thankfully I saw it the night before we left called and got it completed.

Great for the price

The view from this room was amazing. There are pigeons that hang out on the balcony which was a little odd but they didn’t bug us so that was ok. The unit was clean and we enjoyed the closeness to everything.

Room was ok needs some repairs to a few things but overall was ok the staff at the resort was extremely rude especially one particular lady at the front desk they wouldn’t even answer a question if you didn’t book directly thru the resort

Very nice condo with a great view.

Excellent place to stay however during our visit the king bed was broken & the balcony chair backs were broke. The maintenance man was in our room upon return of the luggage cart (we had no idea the bed was broken at this time, so imagine the surprise to a stranger in your room). He was very nice but didn't have the equipment to fix it right there. He said he would be back the following day. Wondering when a stranger might just walk back in the room the entire stay, he never came back. Overall I would say 4.5 out of 5.0

Would stay there again!! Nice unit

The unit was clean and well furnished. The cost of the rental was very reasonable. It was nice to have the washer and dishwasher detergent available, thanks. I would choose this unit again next year if it is available when we get ready to go back. Perfect for a couple or family of four with the bunk bed nook. Angie
