The well-stocked kitchen, complete with essentials and handy appliances like the air fryer, blender, crockpot & Keurig coffee station, ensures that guests can enjoy home-cooked meals & their favorite brews during their stay. I have worked to create a welcoming & comfortable environment, making guest feel right at home from the moment they arrive.

Perfect for a weekend in Manhattan

This small house played the perfect role for six adults visiting for KSU graduation. Convenient location and great TV options made the weekend a great one for our celebrations.

Stayed here for 2 nights for grad weekend. Beautifully decorated, very comfie beds, extremely clean. It was great!! We needed a can opener - but besides that it was a wonderful place to stay! Would definitely stay again!

Nice Getaway in Manhattan

Great location with easy highway access and close to KSU. Snacks were a nice bonus for our kids. Communication was good with property manager. Nice finishes in home.

KSU Graduation weekend 2025

We booked this a year in advance for our daughter’s graduation weekend. It was perfect for the 6 of us, the place is clean, newly renovated, and we had zero trouble. This house was 10 minutes from Bramlage Coliseum and had no trouble with Ubers to and from Aggieville to celebrate. Tara was quick to respond to our questions and check in and out were smooth and painless. Highly recommend!

Great little house!

This was a very nice house and very nice break mid-vacation from hotels. Very clean, which is a big deal for me. Close to food and shopping. The beds were very comfortable as were the living room chairs. It was nice to have fluffy towels. Highly recommend.

The property is so clean and updated. Easy to get to and convenient for the rest of town. If we need to stay in Manhattan again we will absolutely check on this property!! Owner was easy to communicate with and clearly wants her property to be well maintained and welcoming.

One night stay was great!

We stayed for one night when we were in town for a baseball tournament and Tara was awesome. After being at the ball fields all day with our kids, we were pleasantly surprised to arrive and she had left snacks, which my kids quickly devoured. The coffee bar was awesome, my husband and I both enjoyed the different flavors. Roku tvs in every room, nice big shower, and everything we needed for our stay. Tara was sweet and attentive and we had no issues! Will definitely stay again!

Charm and Convenience

Our stay was absolutely delightful.The house is filled with so much charm and all the modern conveniences.We loved the nods to K-State in the home and the neighbors were friendly as well.Our host was so wonderful about quickly responding to any questions and this really helped us better prepare for our stay.The house is close to stores, restaurants, and night life. We loved our stay so much. It was comfortable with so many thoughtful touches that elevated our experience. We would 100% book here again.Thank you to our host for such a wonderful stay.
