Escape to this spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo at Boardwalk Beach Resort, with enough room to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. Retreat to the cozy master bedroom with a king-size bed and your own private gulf-front balcony. The second bedroom features two double beds, and the expansive living room has a queen sleeper sofa perfect for family movie nights. Take advantage of the large, modern kitchen to save money and prepare delicious meals.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort includes:
Island Breeze Corner Market
Splash Zone children’s pool area with interactive water toys
Lavish pool deck
2,500 square foot zero entry pool (heated during winter months)
Two hot tubs
High-speed elevators

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Great place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had two issues come up during our stay that were immediately addressed by the owners who did a fantastic job of communicating with us. This is an absolute great place to stay.

Loved the ease of checking in, staff was polite, pool area was monitored to ensure enjoyment for everyone. Facilities were clean. To top it all off we had what felt like or own personal firework show. Looking for to scheduling another stay at the Boardwalk.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place with great parking and the elevators actually worked! Very impressed with the security. The room really needs some updates as it is dated and one to many silk plants that collected dust. The pillows on the beds were the worst so bring your own. The curtains were old and stained. Dishes in the cabinets still had food stuck to them. Also the closet door was off the track and the fridge never got cold, both addressed to management, but no response. But other than a few minor things it was a great stay. We would go back but pick a different unit.

Rest and Relaxation is Not what I would call this Condo!!

The property was ok, lots of rules by the Pool, and not a kid friendly Pool at all! The King Size Mattress in the master bedroom was Horrible to say the very least! You might as well have been sleeping on a Concrete Slab! The Owner of this Unit most definitely needs to update and buy luxurious bedding intended for their high paying guests wanting a restful and comfortable night sleep instead of the Crap we slept on intended for Inmates and Convicts headed for Death Row! Also, if staying in this unit and sleeping on that Concrete Slab mattress in that master bedroom, expect to hear "Lots of Noise" from the Condo Unit directly above the master bedroom! Truly between the Concrete Slab mattress and the Noise from the above Condo Unit in the master bedroom, I need a vacation from my vacation! I would not recommend this unit unless you are an Escaped Convict missing your Prison Style mattress bedding and accommodations! Nice, but not much in the kitchen.

No skillets or pans and very little dishes and utensils. Very disappointed in this aspect. Everything thing else was good. Furnishings are fairly outdated.

Our favorite property in PCB

We absolutely enjoyed our stay as we always do.The condo was beautiful.The only complaint I have is the mattress in the master bedroom was very hard and very uncomfortable.

Property was great, our condo needed repair

This was our third visit / stay at the Boardwalk. We enjoy this family property with a great pool, deck restaurant, facing the beach and distanced from the young spring-breakers. In the past, our condos have been nice. We enjoy having a full kitchen and ample beds for our family. During this visit, we had issues with the condo. The air conditioner flooded the second bedroom -- the carpet was torn-up and didn't dry for our one week visit. It took 3 requests and 3 days for maintenance to respond to us. The condo smelled musty. It was terrible. The kids had to sleep in our bed. The second room was NOT usable. The property could not move us since they were 100% capacity. We were discounted one night however this really made it difficult sleeping and enjoying the condo. The view was great. The amenities were great. Our condo was not well-taken care of and out of date. I'm not sure we will return given the amount of money and so many other new properties in the area. Disappointed this trip!
