I am saddened to hear your review. In the five years I have been doing short-term property rentals I have received ALL five star reviews and have NEVER had one negative comment out of the hundreds of stays I have hosted, so it is shocking. We have monsoons here in Phoenix and I have no control when the electricity goes out. It went out for the entire neighborhood on that grid due to extreme wind. There is nothing I can do, that is the responsibility of the electric company that comes with the house, which I called and reported. My cleaning crew are people of color and have no idea what color/race/ethnicity renters are when they report back to me the condition a place is left in. The cleaners reported back to me, “In all our years of cleaning we have never seen a place so dirty and destroyed…” and provided pictures of the damage. In your defense, I do see you did the laundry and tried to get the stains out of the linens, but they are beyond hope.
