Isla Townhouse - 200 pasos de la playa

Fantástico 2 dormitorios / 1. 5 baños casa de pueblo a sólo 200 pasos de la playa. Esta es la unidad extremo más cercano a la playa. Relájese en su propio paraíso tropical y disfruta de todas las comodidades esta casa de pueblo muy bien amueblado tiene para ofrecer. Recientemente decorado con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, nueva lavadora-secadora de carga frontal y mucho más. Los dos dormitorios se encuentran arriba. El principal tiene una cama king size, walk-in closet y una pantalla plana de TV de alta definición. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas nuevas, un gran armario y televisión en color. Nuevo piso de madera de abedul Hermoso instalado arriba en 2014. Hay un patio frontal y trasera con mesa y sillas para relajarse. Patio trasero tiene una parrilla de gas de 4 hornillas con comedor y puesto que es la unidad de unidad de final existe el beneficio añadido de un gran patio lateral cercado en donde los niños pueden jugar. También hay una ducha al aire libre para lavar la arena al volver de la playa. A poca distancia de restaurantes, tiendas de regalos, oficina de correos, ferretería, actividades de alquiler, puerto deportivo y mucho más. Nos sentimos muy orgullosos de asegurar que tenga una estancia fantástica. La unidad es muy limpio y verdaderamente sentir como en casa. Hay muchos artículos no perecederos previstas. sillas de playa, ropa de cama, toallas, un carro, juguetes de playa y mucho más.

Perfect beach get away

Family and I had a great stay. Beach was super close and house had everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor shower was a huge plus! Close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend staying at this location. Perfect for our family of 4.

Great Stay!

This is our 3rd time staying at this VRBO and we've already booked again for next year! This space is clean, well appointed, and the location is fantastic (1 min walk to the beach!). The host is great at communication. We fully recommend this place.

Good time, nice home, great location

We enjoyed our first AMI vacation, a two-week stay in this nice townhouse. This unit was clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped. The short walk to the beach and everything else was so convenient! Loved the sunsets!!

Second stay with my sister. Clean, well stocked, and close to the beaches! We love the front porch and back courtyard also. Thanks Barbara for another terrific stay.

A wonderful getaway on Holmes Beach!

My husband and I once again enjoyed our pre-Christmas restful holiday at Barbara's place...and it was wonderful as always. She is so helpful and available, and the condo is beautiful, clean, and quiet. What more could one ask?

Perfect Stay for a Beach Adventure

This is our 2nd year booking this VRBO for a family reunion weekend, and we've already booked it for next year. First off, the location cannot be beat - you are just a few steps from the beach, but then also walking distance to great local spots for food (Vinny's in particular is a favorite). The place is very well stocked, we also work remote and the WIFI is really good (we can both be in online meetings at the same time with no issues).

Great Stay!

My family had never been to AMI and we were excited to find this townhouse online. It was perfect for us! Not only was it clean and had what we needed, the location was fantastic!! My kids especially loved the fenced in outside area. Barb even checked in with us during the crazy tropical storm to make sure all was well :) Thanks for a great stay Barb, we will definitely be back again!!

No surprises as owner has given explicit instructions on how to use everything in the rental. Good location for beach access and excellent neighborhood walking.

Wonderful as usual

We have stayed at this wonderful property several times and absolutely love it! Barb is so easy to work with and so accommodating. Very close to the beautiful beach - really is 200 steps! We also enjoy the fact that it is in walking distance of many shops and restaurants! Hope to come back next year!

Very nice, relaxing and CLEAN!

My husband and I spent 5 days at this rental. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon. Home was very clean and nicely decorated. Outdoor shower was very convenient to keep the sand out of the house. Perfect distance to the beach. Watched a lot of sunsets after dinner.

Nice townhouse centrally located near Holmes Beach

Great communication with host. Well appointed unit, but king mattress was extra soft for us (and we sleep on memory foam at home). Appreciated the washer and dryer. Front entry keypad was tempermental! Location: mid-island and short walk to beautiful Holmes Beach. However, there was some noise from the bar/restaurant parking lot behind the unit on the weekend. Half bathroom downstairs was convenient and two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom.

Really enjoyed our stay, nice and comfortable lots of room in the unit. Most of all there is a front loader washer and dryer. Just like home. Walking distance to the beach and white sands of Holmes Beach and Anna Maria Island. Would love to stay longer but there is no place like home, except here. Highly recommended for winter or summer and people of any age, just make sure you can climb stairs to go to the bedrooms. Love it here great place and very reasonable for the area and the space provided. Trolley just up the street to take you most anywhere on the island. Thanks..

Found Heaven on Earth

Everyone's definition of Heaven on Earth is different, this was mine! Clean and homey, this updated place is literally 200 steps, or 4 driveways from the big open beautiful Holmes Beach waterfront. It's also just a 5 min quick walk to 6 great restaurants, hardware store, bike rentals, shopping and most importantly the Ice Cream Shop. A bike ride away from the grocery store. We had everything we needed, a nice back patio with shaded yard, front patio, grill and all the beach amenities were provided, chairs umbrellas, noodles. Location Location Location. Host was super responsive and we had everything we needed for a very relaxing low key comfortable 10 days at the beach. Thanks Barb for being a great host! I'll be back!

Once again - Paradise - Crystal Clear Blue Waters on a Clean Beach!

Like it so much last yr, we stayed 12 days this yr! Location, location, location, if you want to be right near the beach AND very close to town - a very easy walk to both. Owner was both helpful and responsive to any questions about the home or area. It's got everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. This place is cute, comfy and very private in a residential area with lots of outdoor space in the back, side and front. Great new patios (front & back) with outdoor shower, grill, grassy lounging and sitting areas with a nice umbrella table on the patio - under blooming trees. Like a bird and gecko sanctuary! Literally 4 driveway walk to peaceful, quiet and beautiful Holmes Beach. Limited neighborhood public parking so it's a fairly quiet area and beach access - esp on weekdays. About three driveways from restaurants (love Hurricane Hanks), Minnies, Hardware store and shops. Traffic in town of Holmes Beach is horrendous - so walkers and bikers be careful. Did not help that lots of heavy road & cable construction in town (May 2023) caused traffic, dust and lots of night time noise (could not hear any of it from inside the townhouse - thank goodness). Townhome is very clean, comfortable and everything was in good working order. Tastefully decorated with a beach vibe but not overdone! Kitchen is nicely stocked with all utensils that you need to prepare meals or grill, but no basic food stocked so you do have to start from scratch. Loved every minute!

We have been coming to Anna Maria for years. On fact we used to stay in the unit next to the one labels "200 steps to the beach". The place this year was perfect and we would like to return next year! Well Done!

Rental at 52nd st

I have rented other townhouses in the building and have found all owners and townhouses to be very enjoyable. I am unhappy that apparently policy has changed that current renters are not given first option to rent the following year. Before I left, I wanted to rent next year but found it was already booked. Very disappointing.

My grandparents had a 2nd home on the island. Growing up our family would come to visit them. I have loved the island ever since.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Relax, relax relax. Such a short walk to the beach to watch the most spectacular sunsets, enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the front patio or relax in the back yard. This particular unit has an outdoor dining table with umbrella, gas bbq and large fenced in side yard where children can play. There is also an outdoor shower in the back to rinse the sand off when returning from the beach.
