It does not have a beach view but it’s very close to the beach. It’s a nice clean place. We rented a golf cart to make the trip through the neighborhood over the bridge to the beach enjoyable.

Great Location

Woke up to coffee on the lanai that was gorgeous and private. Walked a short 10 minutes to the beach and could sometimes hear the ocean when the winds were from the west. Had fish everyday and the kitchen was set up wonderfully. We enjoyed going to Detwiler's and Cut Fish and just staying in at the house and the pool. The pool was phenomenal. I think we had the kids and ourselves in it for 6 hours a day. What a wonderful place. TMI was there for whatever we needed and responded really quickly! A+ for a vacation.

Very relaxing!!

We LOVED this house, it was secluded, comfortable, whether floating in the pool or napping on the hammock, it was peaceful and relaxing, highly recommend, the wrap around porch was awesome for entertaining, we will definitely come again!

Although the weather doesn’t have anything to do with the property, it was fantastic and allowed us to use the magnificent heated pool. The house was spacious and everything you could need was there, plenty of beach towels, nice beach chairs and a super well equipped kitchen. And close proximity to Manasota Key beach. Very convenient area to stores and restaurants. We were there the whole month of February. We especially liked the wraparound porch and the very quiet secluded area.

Great deck and surrounding area

Great communication from the beginning. The house is as described, and the landscaping and patio was above expectations. Fully equipped, except for a gas BBQ, but we made do with the charcoal one provided. Definitely recommended, we hope to return in the future.

Amazing Property

Amazing house and great location close to several public beaches. The very large screened porch is the best!! Great place for outside family time and having a pool for just our use was perfect. The house is stocked with everything you need and was clean and spacious. We will definitely come back. Highly recommend this house.

Good stay

We rented the home for 2 weeks! Our family loved the pool and the porch area! The house fit our family of six well. The kitchen was stocked well either all the things you would need and there was plant of beach towels and beach chairs! It was in a nice location we were 5-45 min away from all different beaches and the kids found a lot of sharks teeth! If I had any negatives it would be that the house was not very clean when we arrived. I spent a good 20-30 min of doing some one my own clean up, and a lot the of cups and cook ware we went to use had to be re cleaned as it was also still dirty. I would recommend this home to anyone that is looking to a central location to beaches and just wants to kick back and relax in a quiet area!

A Respite in Eden

This property oozed charm. Since it was up a flight of stairs (Just storage downstairs) it was like living in a spacious tree house. The HUGE screened in veranda made outdoor living inviting and comfortable. I'm usually a beach person but the pool was so lovely we used it every day. All needed amenities are there so just show up and put on your bathing suit. We would love to return again and again. PS The pictures do not do this property justice.

Amazing!!

We absolutely loved this property and everything about it. The location- perfect! The house itself- perfect! This was by far the most well stocked house we've ever rented and we've been renting homes for 10 years. Don't skip by this one, it really is paradise. We loved it so much we are already planning to rent this property again in the fall.

My New Favorite!

The pictures do not do this place justice! I cannot say enough about how much our family loved our stay! This vacation rental is fantastic! We vacation in Florida every year and usually stay closer to Orlando, however, this home is a hidden treasure and is now our new favorite place in Florida. We had everything that we needed, plus a private oasis. The screened, wraparound porch is amazing! There are so many areas to sit and enjoy the nature of Florida without worrying about pests/mosquitoes. The pool was perfect and so private! The home is well-stocked and well-kept. This home is beautiful inside and out! Plus, it is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We met some of the neighbors while were there. They are all so friendly and welcoming! The home is located about a 10-minute walk from the beach. The beach was not overcrowded at all. We found shark teeth every day, which was exciting! This was the most relaxing trip that I have ever experienced. Thank you so much! I can't wait to come back!

This house has absolutely everything you could possibly need, the pictures do NOT do it justice! The short walk to the beach is beautiful, the landscaping makes you feel like you’re in your own little tropical jungle. My family and I agreed it was out favorite house we’ve ever stayed in, looking forward to a return trip!

Fantastic Stay!

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood with very private setting. 1/2 mile walk to Manasota Beach. Pictures do not do this home justice! We spent most of our time enjoying the huge, screened-in wrap around porch. Pet friendly & a short drive to Venice doggy beach. Perfect area to walk your pets - no hot pavement or traffic. Neighbors are welcoming. A perfect getaway. If I could buy a FL property today I would choose one just like this! Open, airy, comfortable & spacious inside & out. We will return again.

Love Englewood

I am originally from FL had to move to PA for work!! I come home every year 1-2 times. I always get a beach house for family! Englewood is my favorite. It's more secluded and the water is amazing!!! This house was so awesome for my in laws and kiddos!!! We ABSOULUTEY LOVED our stay in this house!! For the size of the house (and it's super nice) & pool, it's only a short walk to the beach & it's private!!! Then price !!! THIS HOUSE IS PERFECT !!!!
