Come see why this 7th Floor Phoenix Gulf Towers condo with parking on the same floor is the best for your family!



Our condo is perfectly situated with easy access on the 7th floor. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,800 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Towers condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 58" SMART TV in the master, and a 58" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master and 2nd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom, and a sleeper sofa Queen in the living room for sleeping up to 10.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Towers with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Towers guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Gorgeous condo with plenty of comfortable furniture for 6 adults to watch the game and enjoy the balcony. Very nice amenities including a wine fridge and an ice maker. Loved being able to park on the 7th floor! Great location! Would definitely stay here again!

We left a valuable in the unit when we checked out and cleaners found it and we were able to get it back. The staff I spoke with about the matter were very nice and helpful and also the person who helped return it from the cleaning company went above and beyond.

This was especially helpful in the kitchen so we could put our food away and not clutter the counters. The bedrooms were beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. Getting in and out with the van was a breeze. Even during peak season it never seemed crowded and we never had to wait too long for an elevator. All of the pool amenities were a huge hit with the kids as well. The only negative was it was a little confusing where to go to check in and get the parking passes.

Amazing Place As Advertised

What you see in the pics is what you get. Great location, right up the road from tons of shops and grocery stores and liquor stores (if that's your thing ;-) )If you have kids of pretty much any age the combo of the two zero-entry pools with great waterslides that I may have tried a few times and lazy rivers are awesome when you get tired of the sand and saltwater. The beach is just a short walk away, just be aware to bring your own chairs and umbrella if you aren't willing to pay pretty substantially for it.Property is fantastic... super clean, amazing view, very high-end feel. Happy to come back here, fully recommend.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was beautiful!! Just as described!! Would love to return but doubt that I will. Michael was originally my booking agent. On the day that they took the remaining balance for my reservation they withdrew $3200 twice. Whenever I asked about it I was assured that it was only one withdrawal. The next day I got a call from someone named Cayce Cook telling me that there was a glitch in their system and my checking account had two payments taken instead of one. I was polite about it and was told a check was coming in the mail. After 5 days I called Cayce Cook about it and have NEVER been spoken to so rudely. He asked what I wanted a $50 credit? Then immediately wanted to know if I just wanted the entire reservation canceled. He was so arrogant and ugly to me that booking through Phoenix Rentals is NEVER going to happen again!! If I were the owners of this beautiful condo I would find new booking agents!!

Incredible Beachfront Stay – Perfect Family Vacation!

We had the most amazing time staying at this beautiful Gulf Shores condo! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the views—the beach is literally just steps away. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony each morning was absolute perfection.The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The amenities were a huge hit with all of us. We spent hours floating in the lazy river, lounging by the pool, and soaking in the hot tub. The easy beach access made everything effortless and relaxing.We were in town for the Sand in My Boots Festival, and this location couldn’t have been more perfect. After singing and dancing the nights away, it was such a treat to return to a peaceful and luxurious space. It truly felt like our own private retreat.This was one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had as adults. We made memories that will last a lifetime and are already planning our trip back. Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for the perfect mix of fun, relaxation, and beachfront beauty!

Family Spring Break Trip

Perfect place to stay with children. The indoor pool and outdoor pool with the waterslide and splash pad was a perfect addition to the beach. Our room was clean with lots of room forOur family of 6 adults and two children under the age of 3. Lots of good food, laughs and memories. Our first trip to Orange Beach and not our last !

Exceptional condo. Very well equipped kitchen. Updated decor. The beds were very comfortable. There was a light not working the main bathroom. They were there to fix it the very next day. The parking on the same level was great. Ike’s beach service was exceptional to rent chairs from. Highly recommend.

Easy check in, brand new condo decorated beautifully and all the kitchen gadgets you would ever need. 7th floor location convenient and you can park on 7th floor garage for easy check in and out of vehicles.
