This was a fabulous place for our family to see the manatees in Crystal River. Plenty of kayaks provided. Large play area for the kids with foosball table and ping-pong table and lots of games for all ages. Very comfortable home with everything we needed.

The home was beautiful and the location was perfect! So close to town and Three sister springs. Josh the host was quick to respond, great communication. The home had everything well stocked and was very clean. Our kids really enjoyed the bonus game room and game options. It was a fun and relaxing getaway and we will be back!

Waterfront location - easy access to Kings Bay springs and less than 30 minutes to scalloping and fishing. owner manager is very responsive. Definitely would rent again.

Short winter get away

This was a wonderful property! Clean, up to date, well stocked. Really enjoyed the back dock and use of the kayaks! Tried fishing off dock- no luck.Very convenient to all our activities and good restaurants.Josh very easy to work with and very responsive before and during our stay.

Great Location for a boat vacay

Brought our 21ft bay boat for the first time not staying at The Plantation and was absolutely satisfied with the house and the location! Canal stayed at about 3 ft deep at dead low and the exit out was easy. Will definitely stay again

Great getaway!

The best location, so much nature and wildlife! Saw dolphins right behind house, caught fish from the dock, saw manatees in Kings Bay every day. Can't wait to return. Highly recommend.

Perfect spot for our yearly trip to Crystal River

Josh & Erica’s place was perfect for our stay. Communication and support from the hosts was exceptional and Josh went out of his way to accommodate every need and concern. Arrival and check in was a breeze. Pictures do not do it justice! Beds were comfy, shading in bedrooms was perfect to catch some sleep even after the sun was rising. The ping pong table was the perfect place to spir some fun family competition! Thank you!

A Perfect Paradise

My sons and I greatly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The location is perfect! The house is clean and comfortable. The inlet is full of fish and the manatees came right up the channel! I look forward to returning!

Beautifully appointed and up to date property. Centrally located in a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Owners are very responsive. Restaurants and grocery store close by. Felt like we were in our own home.

Working Vacation

Saw dolphins swim down the canal 2x, and a manatee one day. Short distance to Three Sisters Springs to see the 100s of manatee during the Winter months. Took the kayaks twice and it was so peaceful. Great spot, would return.

Beautiful home in excellent location!

This home is beautiful and very clean. You can tell the homeowner put a lot of thought and attention to detail in this remodel. We loved just sitting on the deck watching wildlife. Really nice neighborhood close to everything. We will definitely revisit in the future

Crystal River House

The house was beautiful. Very clean. Great location. The back porch was very nice and relaxing. The backyard was peaceful. The canal was off the bay so there was no boat traffic. Rarely even saw the nieghbors. Was a very nice property.
