Wash down hose conveniently provided for rinsing off beach gear as well.

The apartment is equipped with modern amenities to cater to your needs. The kitchen is stocked with essentials, enabling you to prepare your favorite dishes with ease. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi and make the most of two smart TV's, including Roku, for your entertainment pleasure.

Parking will be a breeze as three designated private off-street parking spaces are provided as well as additional street parking. Situated adjacent to the free city boat ramp, allowing launching your small boat or wave-runner with ease. Furthermore, the boat ramp provides large additional parking for your trailer or vehicle at no additional cost. Beach tags are provided, granting you access to all walk on beaches on the island. However, please note that tenants are required to bring their own beach equipment and beach towels.

Short drive or uber to all Atlantic city attractions, shows, casinos and restaurants.

Small dog friendly provided tenants walk their dog as owners live on property and tenants do not have access to the backyard. if your dog sheds excessively, an additional cleaning fee may be added. The front porch is a communal space. Tenants enter through the left door marked "B". Follow all the city noise orders and no loud music after 11pm.

the property includes use of a beach cart, umbrella, and a few beach chairs. if any of the the equipment is lost, damaged, or broken, a $100 fee will be charged.

if you use the gas grill, please shut the propane off after and clean the grill surface.

laundry facilities are for guests staying 5 nights or more. bring your own detergent/softener sheets. Just message the host to gain access.
