Our newly remodeled, bright & spacious home is an open and airy space that brings you the best of Palm Springs living. Stylish yet comfortable, our home features plush furnishings to help you relax & unwind, along with all the modern amenities that make you feel at home. Enjoy the majestic, sweeping views of the San Jacinto mountains from our oversized backyard, complete with a large pool, spa and fire pit. Ours is truly a special space, and we hope you enjoy and make it your own desert oasis.
Designed with an ode to the style and sophistication of Palm Springs, this spacious and airy 4-bedroom home is in the Desert Park Estates neighborhood of the city. Our relaxing oasis features a large outdoor space complete with pool and spa, chaise lounges overlooking the mountains, brand new living and dining room furniture, and tons of open living space to enjoy and relax in.
The home is furnished with modern fixtures, along with updated appliances and features that make your stay comfortable and convenient. The bright and airy living room contains a large couch, working fireplace, a flat screen SmartTV, and plenty of room for you to relax and unwind in. It even features a pink piano, which will keep the entire group entertained for hours!
The living room opens out to the spacious dining area, which contains an eight-person table that’s ideal for dinner parties. The new and reconfigured kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, bar stools, and plenty of countertops for you to create that perfect meal. The entire living and dining room area has glass doors that open out to the backyard, including the covered outdoor patio area that`s perfect for dining al-fresco under the desert sky.
Our four bedrooms are inviting and equipped with comfy, cushy mattresses for you to enjoy. The beds are outfitted with soft, premium sheets, to give you that perfect night’s sleep. The master bedroom contains a plush King-size bed and contains an en-suite bathroom with spacious walk-in shower and glam tiles.
The additional bedrooms all feature generous Queen-size beds, plenty of room to stretch out in, and tons of natural light coming from the glass sliding doors and windows surrounding our property.
The desert-inspired aesthetic of our landscaped outdoor area really steals the show at this property, offering privacy and stunning views of the mountains in either direction. Several comfy chaise lounges & chairs, a firepit, large dining room table and plenty of additional seating allow you to relax and re-energize under the stars. The backyard also features a large BBQ grill for that perfect outdoor meal overlooking the sunset over the mountains.
Additional amenities that you’ll enjoy are complimentary Wifi throughout the house, SmartTVs, washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, two car garage parking, and complimentary toiletries in every bathroom.
Our home is the ideal desert retreat, with nearby activities for all seasons. We hope you enjoy and make it your own special oasis!
You’re renting the entire house and outdoor area. Make yourself at home, as everything is yours to enjoy exclusively!
Our property is professionally managed by a full service vacation rental agency, so your trip will be worry-free from beginning to end. We will take care of everything from hosted check-in to departure, and will be available for anything you need along the way. We are also available to handle any special or a-la-carte requests, including pre-arrival grocery shopping and arrangement of transportation and/or tours.
CITY OF PALM SPRINGS REGULATIONS & RENTAL RULES
(we don`t make the rules, but we do follow them!)
**No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this location!**
Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund.
- Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25.
- Daytime occupancy is 12 people.
- Overnight occupancy is 8 people.
- Maximum of 4 vehicles allowed.
- The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line, and no noise at all is allowed outside after 10pm.
- The City requires a signed written contract for all guests, as well as a copy of the primary renter`s government ID. This will be taken care of during check-in.
- The City requires each guest to pay an 11.5% Transient Occupancy Tax and a 1% Tourism Business Improvement District assessment for stays less than 28 days. If your stay is 28 days or more, taxes do not need to be paid.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
- Check-in time is 4PM, and check-out is promptly by 11AM.
- Our onsite greeter will meet you at the home and give you a tour.
- Late check-outs without prior approval with incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest.
PETS
- Pets are allowed (2 pets max, under 25 lbs), with a fee of $100 per pet. Pets must be approved and fee paid prior to check-in. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee and will be cause for eviction.
NO SMOKING
- We have a no smoking policy. Any signs of smoking in the house will incur an additional $250 fee.
POOL HEATING
- Optional pool heating is recommended from October to April for an additional fee of $75 per day.
- The pool heat must be turned on for the duration of your stay.
- Spa heat is included in your stay.
CLEANING
Final cleaning after your checkout is included in your reservation quote. For stays longer than 6 weeks, guest will be responsible for the cost of a mid-stay clean every 30 days. Funds for mid-stay cleanings will be collected from guest as they occur.
INSURANCE FEE for Vrbo & Direct Bookings (does not apply to Airbnb bookings)
Guest is responsible for the service fee below, depending on length of stay:
● $99: 1-29 nights
● $450: 30-59 nights
● $150: each additional 30-night block
