This home was very cozy , welcoming , there were snacks , water in the fridge the beds were super soft nice warm bath water it felt like I was at home I would def stay at this property again overall rating 1000/10 Thank you so much for having us !!!

Perfect house for our stay

Communication was amazing. The house is very cute and was perfect for our stay! Everything was very clean and ready for us when we got there. I would absolutely recommend and definitely stay here again!

My stay was very convenient and cozy no complaints everything you need on hand tv WiFi washer and dryer. Nice if I could I would rent permanently.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for a family of 5. Just a short distance from the congress center and other places. Only downside was that there was not grocery stores or gas stations relatively close.

Perfect house

Great house with lots of room. Layout allows you to socialize or head to your own bedroom for privacy and quiet time. Host was quick to respond to our questions.

Great house, questionable neighborhood

The house is beautiful and the host was easy to get ahold of. The beds were comfortable and they left little mints on the bed which made you feel welcomed. The host has a good alarm system but sadly the sensor on the front door was not working properly. The house has been painted and doesn’t look like the listing which made finding it a little confusing. Also, bars have been placed on the doors and windows which makes you a concerned about safety. The area surrounding the house was full of abandoned and collapsed houses, etc. Over all, the house itself was great I just wish I knew the area surroundIng it was so run down.

Interesting visit

The whole situation was crazy. The host brushed off all concerns. The house smells like moisture. There were abandoned houses that were burned up and falling in behind the house, and next door. My kids were running around the house after a shower, and an hour later their feet were black. Unfortunately, due to the time of year (laborday weekend) There were no other options of hotels to stay at or else we would have left. Oh, and there was glass all over the ground, and car parts outside of the house. I submitted pictures to Vrbo, and got a "too bad" from them"

Cozy but concerned

I’ll start with the good! - communication, Latrice was on top of responding to messages and any questions I had. Our planes landed about 6 hours early and she tried to accommodate an early check in. Even if it didn’t happen, I appreciate the effort. - Interior: the house itself looks to have been older and remodeled recently. Overall the interior was good with a few items that could use adjustment such as master door not closing and master bath towel bar being half yanked out of the wall. Minor things that may have been overlooked. And this may be I’m just being overly picky as a builder myself. - exterior concerns: A previous review stated there was broken glass in the driveway and yard. There’s still glass in the driveway and yard. I didn’t see it when I parked the first night and found out I was on top of glass when I went to leave. If you have a truck, prepare to park down on the road as the driveway is not very wide and the left side is on a steeper hill. - the neighborhood…… 2 of the 4 nights we had gun shots in the early morning around 2-3am. 2 of the nights we heard people doing burnouts nearby also in the middle of the night around 1-2am. and lastly a party next door that kept me up until 4am before having to leave at 7:30am. Although the neighborhood concerns cannot be controlled by the property owner, I just wanted to address the neighborhood concerns. If possible, can an exterior picture be loaded on the listing. GPS showed a different house.
