This beautiful 4 bedroom Remodeled Penthouse condo, located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, one block from the famous Medano beach, and only a five-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the Marina, can sleep 10 guests, having a Queen bed in the master bedroom, a King bed in the second bedroom, a King bed in the third bedroom, 2 Twin beds in the fourth bedroom and 2 Twin beds in the loft. There are 3 full bathrooms each with a hair dryer. The Kitchen has everything to satisfy all your cooking needs, eat indoors at the large dining table or BBQ your catch of the day on the spacious Patio while you are enjoying the beautiful view of Cabo San Lucas, the courtyard and pool or dine at the poolside 'Tres Amigas Cantina' Restaurant & Bar, where they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at very reasonable prices. Quiet air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room keeps you cool during the warm summer nights. For your entertainment Flat Screen Smart TV,s are provided in the living room and all bedrooms; Netflix is provided free of charge on all TVs. This condo has its own dedicated Fiber Optic Internet service (60 Mbps) plus phone service with free Local & International calling. The condo is located on the seventh floor of the building, there are two elevators, for easy handicap access there is a wheelchair ramp heading up to the entrance of the building on the poolside.
In the Lobby you will find a beautiful 'Nail Bar & Spa', 'Serrano’s Bar' and a 'General Store', also in the lobby is our concierge ‘Elly’ who will be happy to help you book your dinner reservations or book any of the many activities that are in Cabo and surrounding areas. Located between the ‘C’ and ‘D’ buildings is a 3-machine coin-op self-service laundry.
A two-minute walk and you are on the golden sands of the beautiful Medano beach, one of the best swimming beaches in Cabo featuring wonderful restaurants and all kinds of water sports. Take a water taxi with the family to see the famous “Cabo Arch” and “Lovers Beach”. Another five-minute walk and you will find the center of town and the Marina, Cabo San Lucas has some of the best sports fishing in the world. Conveniently located are two Supermarkets and a large shopping mall, all about a two-minute walk.
Marina Sol has five buildings, in the middle is a lush oasis of grass, tropical flowers and palm trees, featuring one of the largest heated pools in Cabo San Lucas, where you can relax and enjoy the sun, if you are in need of refreshments, you will be happy with the swim-up bar or enjoy a relaxing time in the large Jacuzzi, also in the courtyard is a games room with a Pool Table, Table Tennis and two TV, s.

We choose Marina Sol for our business, because of the location and the wonderful people that stay at Marina Sol, also being only minutes from the golden sands of Medano beach and just minutes to the center of Cabo, the Marina and some of the best dining in Mexico. Marina Sol is a very quiet and beautiful complex, it features one of the largest heated pools in Cabo and it is surrounded by an oasis of Palm trees, exotic plants and grass, it’s the ideal place to relax while you are on vacation.
