Our host could not have been more generous and accommodating. He welcomed us with balloons and treats that were enjoyed throughout the weekend. He went over and beyond to provide anything we needed very quicklyX While the home is modest on the exterior, the interior was very clean, well decorated and appointed. We highly recommend this property.

We had a blast staying at Andrew’s place in Manhattan Beach. You could not ask for a better location for enjoying all that this fun, beautiful area has to offer. The apartment is pristine and has lovely views and ocean breezes from both levels. It is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. And, if there’s anything missing, Andrew will probably have it delivered at a moment’s notice! Andrew was the kindest and most fun host! Every interaction with him made us smile! Thanks for everything!

Amazing host

Andrew thought of everything. There were cookies and drinks waiting for us when we arrived. His place is so close to the beach and.town. I highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.

Family reunion on the beach

We had a great stay in Manhattan Beach! Anthony was hands down the best host we have ever stayed with! He went above and beyond to make sure our family reunion was perfect. The apartment is perfectly located for access to the beach and to shopping/restaurants. The space in the apartment worked well for 3 couples, a kid and a dog. We even had some local friends over and the living space did not feel crowded. The master bedroom was amazing with a great view to the ocean! All the beds were very comfortable and everyone slept very well. There was a little street and neighbor noise at night, but even on a holiday weekend it was minimal and did not impact bedtime for our daughter. There were more than enough towels, linens, soaps, etc.. Anthony really has thought of everything! He provided tons of beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and the only yellow umbrella on the beach (a huge plus in a sea of blue umbrellas). I really can't say enough good things about the host. He hooked us up with transport to and from the airport and a totally awesome 6 person golf cart for transporting all the gear down to the beach and around town. We would 100% stay here again!

Great MB location and Andrew is amazing!

This property is in a fantastic location and Andrew was very attentive to every need or even anticipated needs. He was extremely responsive and was a pleasure to deal with over our 9 night stay. Would definitely stay again!
