Oceanfront condo with pool and private beach access!

Enjoy the comforts of home in a fully equipped resort style condominium complex. Steps to the pool and private beach access allows for total relaxation. A short drive or bike ride to many area attractions for exciting and active day trips!

We provide just about everything for your visit. Check out the list of amenities, no need to pack much - a bathing suit and flip flops just might be enough!

Decorated in tasteful, yet cozy, beachy decor that will inspire you to start relaxing right away. Located in a desirable, quiet neighborhood with gated access to the property. This is a second floor unit that provides a partial pool/ocean view from the private balcony. Please note, there is no elevator.

There is a queen bed in the bedroom with an extra thick mattress with cooling memory gel. Also a queen size pull out sofa bed with an upgraded memory foam mattress in the living room.
Enjoy the large walk-in shower with rain shower head and handheld shower wand. A fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and wifi provide the comforts of home. Both the living room and bedroom have televisions with cable/streaming options. There are books to read and games to play! Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash are supplied, as well as, a "starter pack" of kitchen/laundry supplies, coffee,tea, etc. Both, a drip coffee and a Keurig (pod) coffee machines are provided! Many spices for cooking

Beachside Bungalow is just steps to the pool and hot tub! A few more steps bring you to the private beach access! No need to pack the car, drive, and pay for beach parking. Beach chairs, blanket, umbrella, small cooler, towels, boogie board, sand toys, and pool noodles are all here for your use. Carry it all in the provided beach cart. Two beach cruiser bikes (with baskets and lock, however we do not provide helmets) and some fishing gear also! (FL requires a fishing license - available online or in area sporting stores).

Perfect location to watch the rocket launches up close right from the beach! Visit Kennedy Space Center! Minutes to the port to board your cruise ship! Bike ride to the famous Cocoa Beach pier! One hour to Orlando theme parks! Surfing, kite boarding, boating, shopping, fishing, there is so much to do everyday. Or.....take a nap on the beach!

Wonderful week!

This property was as advertised. High quality bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, everything you needed for the beach! Plenty of loungers at the pool. Unit was clean and well stocked. One small problem that owner took care of immediately. Close to many great restaurants. We were even lucky to see 2 launches! Area great for biking and walking!Would visit again!

Another great stay at Royal mansions in the best condo

We had a great time in the beachside bungalow again this year. Our 2nd stay in this condo returning because it is about as perfect as we could wish for. Great location, great facilities, with a really really nice setup. Despite being on a cost par with other condos this on has all of the bells and whistles

Absolute wonderful condo

We enjoyed our stay and everything was perfect. Clean all types of beach amenities and the condo had many other amenities that helped with your stay. Beautiful beach and pool and close to all types of attractions. Would definitely stay again. Great place!

Fantastic Bungalow

We have stayed many times all over Florida. This was the cleanest unit we have ever rented. A key thing for me was even though it was spotless, there wasn’t a industrial cleaning product smell and no heavy laundry detergent smell on the sheets and towels. This unit had everything you could possibly need for a beach or pool week. Location and beach were perfect. Easy check in and out.

Best vaca ever

It was the perfect little place for two people. Easy walk to the beach. Any and everything you could possibly want for a beach stay provided for you. We honestly didn’t want to leave it was so great!! Dorie and Paul and great hosts !! We will def be back.

Perfect place for a beach vacation!

This has been one of the BEST condos we have stayed in. The room is great and the location is perfect. Quiet area perfect for a relaxing vacation. The condo comes fully stocked with everything you need in the room and to enjoy the beach, you only need to pack your clothes and swimming suites. Everything about this place was awesome. Couldn’t recommend it more. We will definitely be back!

Summer vacay

This condo has absolutely everything you need for the perfect summer beach getaway. Anything we needed was provided! There was absolutely anything you needed to go to the private beach, which was steps away. All kitchen essentials were provided. The bedside tables had charging ports and also a table top charger. Our stay could not have been better. I highly recommend this amazing condo to anyone that is on the lookout for the perfect summer, spring break, or even fall getaway. The property management was always on top of anything we needed and in communication with me. The check-in and check-out process was seamless too!! You won’t find another condo as perfect as this one!! Bravo, Dory and Paul!!

Right on the beach with everything you need

Great condo with a few minute walk to the beach! This condo had literally everything we needed: bikes, boogie boards, beach towels, coolers, umbrella, beach chairs, beach bag, fishing gear, and more. This condo had a nice family room area with a small, but well stocked kitchen. The bathroom had double sinks with a nice big shower. Also had a washer and dryer. There was also a deck that you could see the ocean! There is a pool area with bathroom. The boardwalk to the beach is 1 minute away. Felt like a private beach with very little people in our area. Could see Jetty park where we saw manatees and large sea turtles. Also had fun watching the wild peacocks in the area:). We were minutes away from Port Canaveral with a lot of good food and restaurants! We were also a few minutes away from a Publix, good restaurants and the Ron Jon Surf Shop in Cocoa. The owners were great in responding when we needed anything. Can't go wrong with this condo and the area:)

Condo 1212 royal mansions

This was our 4th condo stay in royal mansions and 1212 is the gold standard. Comms with the owners was faultless. The place had all comforts that others should aspire to provide. From furnishings to accessories it provides all that you should possibly need and more. I would have liked to have scored it only one star just to keep it a fab secret :)

Our Best VRBO Experience...by FAR

We absolutely loved our time renting the Beachside Bungalow from Dorie and Paul. We've had many many great experiences with condo rentals through VRBO and other sites but this was by far our best experience. We have stayed at the Royal Mansions in Cape Canaveral 2 other times in two other units and we really love the area. The beach is secluded and not at all crowded, but you are not isolated from good food and entertainment. Everything you would need from groceries, to beach supplies, to entertainment options, to dining options are only a few minutes away (by car OR bicycle). Speaking of Bikes, they have 2 very good bikes for guests to use and we did use them. Try biking to Jetty park or Port Canaveral or even down to the Cocoa Beach pier. All of the routes are pretty much flat and an even bike ride for the most rookie bike riders. The hosts also included all of the beach items you might need including a cart to tote items down, coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, etc, etc, etc. The kitchen has everything to make whatever meal you need. Don't worry about packing beach towels, they have 6 right there for you to use. It was also SO nice to have the host provide linens and bath towels so we didn't have to rent some like we've had to do for other says. The condo is so well decorated and cared for, the design touches were so unique, we are going to steal some of the ideas for home! Take note of the ladder that was re-purposed as a towel rack, what a GREAT idea! There are 2 different styles of coffee makes and the hosts leave some free coffee, snacks, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent. There are just 14 stairs that you have to climb to get to the unit. The pool area is great, clean and secure. The hosts were available to answer questions or help with suggestions. The guest book provided also allows you to read suggestions and recommendations from other guests that passed through. Make sure to check that book out and add an entry for your visit. I could go on for many more paragraphs about how wonderful of a stay this was. We are excited about coming back. The only bad thing was that we had to leave.

Felt like home

This condo was amazing! It was the perfect size for just me and my husband, and we felt like we were at home. Also, it felt like we had our own private beach, it was so peaceful and quiet. The owners were very accommodating as far as letting us check in earlier, and were always responsive to messages/texts. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We really enjoyed our time there. With all the activities we did it was nice to come back to a cozy place that felt like home. The pool was wonderful along with the easy access to the beach. The condo had everything needed to make a home cooked meal to building sandcastles on the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful condo on the beach

This unit was so wonderful! It had everything we needed for the week (plus more!) It was clean and the furniture/bed was very comfortable. The resort itself is SO nice with a heated pool and hot tub. The beach is just a few steps away and is so nice! Dori and Paul were so great to work with. My only disappointment with this trip really has nothing to do with the unit, the facilities, or location. There are many elderly "owners" who seemed very impatient or annoyed with the fact that we had children around the resort. We try to be respectful individuals. So just be aware that if you're bringing your kids, you may hear some comments from some of the elderly owners. Please know, with all respect, not all owners treated us poorly. Just a couple made multiple comments to us. Again, this is nothing against Dorie and Paul, the unit, or facilities. Our vacation was incredible and even with a few hiccups with owners, I would definitely come back to this unit again.

Heaven

This vacation rental has everything you might want. On the beautiful beach, beach toys, boogie boards, fishing poles, beach towels, sun chairs, umbrella, a wagon to carry it all down and the cooler! There are bikes for a bike ride- 0.8 miles to ice cream, parks, and bike lanes. There are grills to grill or we went to Fishlips and Gators to eat- Publix is 2 miles away fir groceries. Everything perfect and beautiful! Dorie and Paul answered every question promptly, they were so great! Check in was a breeze and i got a later check out last minute and was no problem. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back!!!
