Thank you for taking the time to send us a review. The Oceanside Villas are allowed to use the private pier and the beach accesses in the Sea Cabins parking lot. Guests have access the laundry facilities there as well. Unfortunately this does not include access to the Sea Cabin pool. We appreciate the suggestion and will share this with the Oceanside HOA. We’re sorry to hear about the cleanliness concerns you mentioned and are addressing them with our housekeeping team to ensure floors and outdoor areas like the porch carpet are given extra attention moving forward. While we do provide a starter supply of items such as trash bags and toiletries, we understand this can catch guests off guard and will continue working to better communicate that ahead of time. We’ve also alerted our pest control service about the roach sighting, as that is certainly not the experience we want for our guests. I am glad you and your family had direct access to the private pier that the locals do not have access to! Thank you for letting us know what a great time your family had!
