This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa offers plenty of room for families or groups and is located just an 8–9 minute walk to the beach. Freshly updated with comfortable furnishings and coastal décor, this villa provides everything you need for a relaxed island getaway close to Coligny Plaza’s restaurants, shops, and entertainment.



The Space:

Step into an inviting open-concept layout designed for easy living. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for home-cooked meals, while the dining and living areas offer plenty of space for gathering. The living room features a large Smart TV and sleeper sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. A washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor, and Wi-Fi is provided throughout. Outside, enjoy the peaceful natural surroundings and lagoon views, or take advantage of the villa’s proximity to the beach, pools, and tennis courts.

This two-story villa includes three bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom and flat-screen TV:

The host was wonderful. Very accomodating and returned messages immediately. Location was perfect, near beach, shopping, and restaurants. Unit was clean, updated, and well stocked.

Great Holiday Week

Nice condo recently renovated. Very spacious with 3 bedrooms, two very large. Nice deck area with semi private backyard and pet friendly! Location great for Coligny shops and restaurants. 8 minute walk to the beach from condo. Would highly recommend and plan to return again.

Relaxing little townhouse!

We have never visited Hilton Head before and weren’t sure where the best places to stay were but I think we chose a great spot!! This townhouse was perfect! The directions were easy to follow and check in was a breeze. It was exactly what we expected from the pictures. And the owner even left the kids a sand bucket with lots of treats in it which was such a nice touch to them! We were within walking (or bike riding) distance from the beach and Coligny plaza but when we wanted to unwind the neighborhood was so quiet and relaxing.

Lots of space, not so clean

First the pros: It was a well laid out unit with lots of space. It could work well with multi-generation family as each bedroom has its own bathroom, including the one on the lower level. Location was good, and it was an easy walk to the beach or Coligny Circle. Pool was nice, though not heated so too cold for lots of swimming in early April. Kitchen is big, and we enjoyed the large island/dining counter. Then the cons: It was not clean and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, to the point that all our stuff smelled smoky when we got home. I wiped surfaces down with a Clorox wipe upon arriving and each table and counter came back with visible junk, some of which had to be scrubbed off. Broken glass and cigarette burns on table in the living room. Used bladder leak pad in laundry room garbage (along with other garbage). I felt the need to wash all the bedding before we slept there, and we had to wear shoes or socks on the carpet, which is in really bad shape throughout. Bathrooms were OK, but really needed a deeper clean with marked up walls and hairy corners. Stairwell was actually gross with drips along all the walls and visible dirt and grime on the handrail. Back deck was nice and big with dining table, but everything was covered with grime and mold...totally understandable in the South in the Spring, (we're from here) but this was neglected-level dirty. I normally don't leave critical reviews, but I find the three reviews on here to be somewhat misleading. This place does not feel "recently renovated" in the pure wear and tear on everything, and particularly post-COVID the low level of cleanliness was not OK. I'd look elsewhere...and given the massive complex this place is located in I have the feeling better options could be right down the way.

Disappointing Stay

Rented the Villa from 10/2/2021-10/9/2021. On arrival noted the following problems: • a half-dead roach on the kitchen floor which we had to dispose of • coffee grounds still in the basket • a filthy deck to the point we wouldn’t let our dogs walk on it for fear of bringing dirt into the villa. Property manager did clean the deck so that at least it could be walked on. • several places where the floor ACTUALLY GAVE IN WHEN WALKED ON! It was difficult to keep your balance not to mention embarrassing when other family members came to visit. Evidently sub-floor has rotted out. • Filthy bathrooms and tubs which had dirt and hair in the corners. PM did clean one of the bathrooms. • Our bedroom fan/light ACTUALLY EMITTED A LOUD POP WHEN WE TURNED THE LIGHT ON AND THE LIGHTS IN THAT PART OF THE VILLA WENT OUT! PM called a local company who removed the fan leaving bare wires hanging out of the ceiling our entire stay. No f/u on this issue. • Filthy carpets throughout. We had to bathe our dogs when we returned due to contact. Our white dogs turned gray. • No switch on bedside table lamp. Replaced by PM We were very disappointed with the villa so much so that I feel the villa was mis-represented from the start. The ad states that the villa is “newly renovated”. Our experience, outlined below, does not support “new renovation”. Staying there seriously affected our experience at Hilton Head to the point that we couldn’t wait to leave when the time came. I understand that there are labor problems associated with Covid but this villa should not have been rented out in this condition.

Wonderful Stay

The house was great. It has plenty of room and a nice, private deck.. The location is very central. It is about a ten minute walk to the beach, which we enjoyed on a daily basis but you will need an easy-to-carry chair. The unit includes some beach gear but it is not in great shape since it probably has been well used. Overall, we loved our stay here. Would definitely return.

Very dirty and needs updated furnishings.

Not much care given to this condo, broken appliances, closets full of junk, dirty bedding, and bathrooms, what could be a nice deck was littered with rusty beach toys.

Nice layout

Plenty of room, farther than expected to walk to the beach but there was a walking path and the public beach access had bathrooms and a shower. Floors uneven, carpet in bedrooms. Beds comfy and nice patio with plenty of beach toys/chairs/wagon to borrow.

Perfect family getaway

My family (5 adults) loved the amount of space this condo provided us, as well as its central location (very short bike rides to Coligny dining and the beach, or 10-15 min walks if that’s more your speed). The condo itself was tidy and well-kept, and we hope to return.

Another stay in paradise

Condo was well suited for a large family, many updates inside, close to Coligny and Alder Beach. ( 14 minute walk) friendly neighbors and pool across driveway. Steve was a very responsive property manager. Overall excellent stay. 3bd. 3 baths hard to beat. Highly recommend.

Relaxing visit home

Having grown up on Hilton Head it was fun to finally rent a place instead of squeezing in with family. This condo is in a great location, allowing us to walk to the beach and pop over to Coligny whenever we wanted to. The condo is very spacious (larger than our own home) so our three kids felt like they had died and gone to heaven. The surrounding condos were quiet, so we had no issues with late night noise. The large kitchen island and living area easily allowed us to invite all our local family over for meals and to hangout. We especially liked the back deck, which felt very secluded and was well shaded for comfortable sitting. Extra bonus was the provided beach wagon, beach chairs and boogie boards.
