Welcome to Ocean Escape Condos North, a brand-new exclusive development featuring only 15 luxurious units. Our bright, airy 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo offers 1800 square feet of comfortable living space, making it ideal for family vacations, group getaways, and everything in between.

Nice, spacious, and comfortable. Pool closed two days of our trip, and location was okay. Concerned there was no staff on duty except maintenance as renters are on their own to get along. Some were nice enough to help us with check in while others allowed their young ones to run, jump, stomp, and dive in chairs all hours of the night.

It lacks personality, very plan. Kitchen was laking silverware, no knifes, no sponges or dishwasher soap for dish cleaning. No brume or vacuum. Sheets on bed had a stain. In the bathrooms there's no place to hang your towels. No mirrors in the rooms.We couldn't sleep because the people upstairs were making loud noises, running, jumping all night long. Overall spacious for a group of 9 people. Clean pool.

Not ready to rent

Day one had a leak in the wall in the bathroom that sprayed out when using sink. Told them it was no big deal and they could repair after I departed. Day two had no water in the room. Repair man said it was because everyone in the complex was showering and because our rental was upstairs, the water wasn’t going to work. Stickers still on all the Amazon furniture and property just does not seem ready to rent. One of the workers said that to me as well. He said they were built cheap and have lots of problems. Not what you would expect for the money. I tried to get management to call me before posting review but was told they would reach out and they did not.

Golf weekend

While, this place could have been a lot nicer. For starters there was new construction debris most everywhere you looked. Nails, screws, small trim pieces of siding and trim boards, you would think to invite customers a much better job cleaning would have been gone. There was even dog waste setting outside on the second floor walk way for days. The guys came down the first day so being guys we don’t notice some things like the wife’s. There was no cooking ware to be found, there was no chairs at the pool (none). We message before we got there to make sure there would be enough towels. The place sleeps 12 people and we only ended up with five towels. The floors in the place looked like someone may have swept but no mop are at best a very dirty mop, our feet were black. Three of the fire alarms kept going off. They came to replace the batt. and then two more started going off. Day two and I told them I suggested replacing all the batt. and the guy came again with only one batt. So he decided to just unplug the alarms with no alarms that worked at all. He would call to have it fixed but no one came. So when we did reach out to the host there were fairly responsive to our concerns but ready had no idea how long some of the things would take. They brought more towels , cooking ware but we had to make other arrangements to eat. The dishwasher did not work and a curtain was missing from one of the bedroom windows.. Just very disappointing and poorly managed!
