Please be advised that tile is being laid in the lobby. While the tile is being installed, there will still be elevator access on the ground floor as they plan to tile 1/2 of the lobby at a time, leaving at least one elevator open at all times.

Harbor Landing 102B is a beautiful 2 bed/ 2 bath condo overlooking boat slips, open harbor waters, and the Destin Harbor skyline! This unit comfortably sleeps 6 with its King, Queen bed, and sofa sleeper setup. Take in the views form the private wrap-around balcony, or enjoy community pool, with the beach just a short way away.

This completely renovated and immaculate 2 bed 2 bath waterfront condo in the desirable Harbor Landing on Holiday Isle a must see! Located in the heart of Destin near shopping, restaurants, activities, and more, even a water taxi can pick you up right there at the Harbor Landing dock and take you to the Destin Harbor or Crab Island! Starting in May you can sit on the balcony and watch the fireworks and airplane shows. This lovely unit is literally brand new from the studs in; HVAC was recently replaced, gorgeous floating wood flooring, granite countertops, new appliances, new vanities, new cabinets and even the doorknobs, hardware and more! This property was perfect for us! It provided everything we needed to have a great weekend at the beach, including close private access, beach chairs, an umbrella, a boogie board, and this condo as our home away from home.

We had a wonderful time here!Close to the beach, super quiet neighborhood. Beautiful sunset views. I’d definitely return. I loved the pool too!*Families - as expected- the kitchen is not stocked with seasonings or anything. If you plan to cook, make sure you bring what you need or buy at store.

Awesome condo makes for a great vacation!

This condo is in the perfect location. We fished in the harbor and walked across the street to the beach every day! The amenities are great and the condo is spacious. Communication with the owner was excellent! Would definitely rent again!

Great location in Destin. Very convenient to the beach, restaurants, and other activities. Very clean and well proportioned. Would have benefited with better beach equipment and resolving electronic lock beeping. Otherwise highly recommend staying

Home Away From Home

We truly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was located in a very nice and secure area away from a lot of traffic flow. We were close to the beach and near shopping and lots of restaurants. We enjoyed sitting on the patio near a boat dock and watching the fish swim. This is the perfect get away vacation for family. I hope to return soon.

Great location and upscale condo

Great location and updated, upscale condo. First time that we have not stayed ocean side, but would do it again. Water taxi was fabulous! Location allows for grocery stores and other shopping without getting into the heavy traffic. You won’t be disappointed!

Home Away from Home

They say there is no place like home. That is true, however, this place has all the comforts of home. The cleanliness, personal touches, the photos that decorated the walls, the colorful pillows on the sofa and beds added to the unique touches. Our vacation stay was comfortable. Close to everything Destin has to offer. Good communication with the host. Thank you.

Close to beach and attractions

Spacious condo, very short walk to beach. Condo was clean. Location in the middle of most of Destin attractions. Covered parking a plus and is included. Owners were very communitive when we had questions or concerns. Not an issue for us but a note, the condo shares a wall with the gym so when someone is lifting weights a thumping can be heard.

Immaculate & updated condo

The condo was very clean and updated. The communication was great with the management when we needed anything. The beach chairs and rolling cooler were nice to have. The only small complaint is that the walk to the beach was a little farther than we anticipated from the pictures but overall not bad. The beach area was not too crowded because there aren’t many large complexes nearby. We also enjoyed using the water taxi.

Beautiful, Spacious and Convenient Condo

The location is excellent for utilizing the water taxi to go back and forth to the Harborwalk and bars/restaurants. They will pick you up at the dock directly below the condo! The beach is a very short walk and a cooler with wheels and chairs are provided which was very nice. Also saved space for the trip down so we could take the smaller car with better gas mileage! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boats come in and out. A big bonus is that the balcony provides the perfect view of the Thursday Harbor fireworks show! The in-house laundry room was a great amenity. Grocery stores, Target and multiple restaurants within a mile as well.

Magnificent Property

I thoroughly enjoyed this property. My sister and I decided to travel to the area for a couple of days and this place did not disappoint. Everything was great from the effective communication with the host prior to checkin and during the stay, to the ease of getting into the gated community to the luxury inside the property. We spent a lot of time at the property because we had all we needed. The property decor and amenities are top tier and you can tell the host is detailed. We spent hours on the balcony enjoying the views of the boats. I enjoy relaxing locations and there was not a lot of noise or people disturbing you even during this busy season. I will definitely return very soon. **I wanted to take the king bed home with me, it was so comfortable 🥰**
