Myself and a friend stayed here while in town for a fishing charter. Love places like this that are not shy with the decor! Plenty of restaurants nearby and got a couple of friendly waves from the neighbors. Great place to stay!

We had a great stay and our host was very accommodating! Reacted quickly to any concerns and answered all our questions right away. We did have a little issue with hot water in the shower but we figured it out and got through it ok. We would definitely stay again when we come down if this location is available next year! Thank you!!!

Wasn't the scene we were promised

Trash blocking the gate, making it a struggle to get in. The "Ocean Room," updated since the listing dropped. Now a door that resembles a high-security safe, but nah, just a real safe turned into a bedroom-super sketch, honestly. Me and my son wasn't havin' it, so we bounced, leavin' the wife stuck to sleep there. Door was like 200 lb. Hit up the owner 'bout it, but he brushed us off, like it wasn't the move to even ask-maintenance showed us how to dip if we got stuck. Unscrew panels, pull two pins out, and pray that door would budge. Appliances worked here and there, power kept dipping 'cause the owner had his Tesla and all them holiday inflatables plugged into the breaker box. Privacy? Not happening-alot of cameras all over-felt like someone was always watchin', ain't no privacy, fam. Backyard was straight jungle, full of weeds not the spot you wanna chill or kick it. Had this hairless cat slide thru our spot. Mad random, just poppin' up outta nowhere like it owned the place. When the owner started cooking, a strong, sharp smell straight up reeked and filled our spot. Kitchen—not “well-stocked,” no oven mitts, or a pitcher for tea-to keep it light. Don't even get me started on the Wi-Fi—only a Wi-Fi extender. Kitchen stuff was beat up, full of dents and scratches. Reviews you see are for the main crib, so don’t get it twisted. Area was chill, crib was fly, but dude ain't really look after it. Owner doesn't seem to be about renting if he don't even want people there.

Regarding the Gate and Trash: There was no trash blocking the gate. Our property is regularly maintained. Appliances and Power: Our appliances are modern and fully functional. We dispatched an electrician, who confirmed everything was working. The claim that our holiday decorations caused power issues is simply untrue—no power issues were reported by other guests during this period. Security Cameras: All cameras are disclosed in our listing and are monitored by ADT for guest safety. They are not invasive and are standard for security purposes. Backyard and Landscaping: Our backyard does have palms, as listed on the picture listing typical of Florida We did not receive any complaints from other guests regarding weeds or a “jungle” appearance. Kitchen: The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped. Minor cosmetic dents on the oven occurred during installation, but everything works perfectly. Oven mitts and standard kitchen tools are provided. Wi-Fi: We provide reliable Wi-Fi service, including a Wi-Fi extender to ensure strong coverage. No other guests reported issues during your stay. Host Support: We communicated with you multiple times and offered assistance. Each time, you declined help. We always strive to address guest concerns promptly. Final Note: It’s unfortunate that you chose to leave a misleading review. We take guest experiences seriously and work hard to provide a comfortable, enjoyable stay for everyone. We’re confident that future guests will see the difference. Best regards, Prestige
