Great location, comfy house and a wonderful host!

Gaetano was a great host, he texted with me throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and sights to see. The house is fifteen minutes from Newport. I would absolutely recommend his home and stay with him again!

Great place close to Narragansett beaches and Newport

We felt comfortable staying here. We were within 10-15 minutes of all Naragansett beaches, some great restaurants, and very close to newport as well. The house was as described and it was great to have towels/linens provided. The owner was in communication the whole time and responded to all questions. A great host!

Family vacay in Narragansett

My family had a great week in Narragansett! The house had plenty of space and felt like home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and we ate on the deck every night. It was in a great location: 10 minutes to the town beach and shopping, 25 minutes to Newport, pizza and ice cream were within walking distance. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Gateano was a great host, very friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend for a family vacation in Rhode Island.

Great Vacation

We were 3 adults and 2 small children. The house was very clean and welcoming. The owner was very attentive and easy to work with. The beds were very comfortable and the owner provided the linens and towels (and toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap). It was such a pleasure not to have to pack all that stuff. We had a great vacation, completely hassle free. Thanks Gaetano, we are already looking forward to next summer.

Great size house with everything we needed.

This property was perfect for me, my husband and my two grown boys. It was clean and beds were comfortable. The location was ideal for visiting Newport, Wickford, Providence and Narragansett beaches. Everything was in working order. The one AC unit in the living room was great to have, but very loud.. other than that, no complaints. Located on a quiet street but close to ammenities. We had a great time, and our host checked in on us each day to make sure everything was okay! Very nice experience.

Perfect location and house for a great vacation!

I chose this house because of its location- close to the beaches, but also close to other fun things to do in southern Rhode Island. The house was exactly what we needed. I stayed with my daughters. The house was the perfect size for friends to drop in for a night or two. The house was clean and well stocked with basic things that you needed like clean towels, coffee and shampoo! The owner was in contact, asking if we needed anything and giving some great suggestions about what to do on a rainy day. We will definitely return in the future. Thank you for a great and memorable vacation.

Our host was very friendly and accommodating. The house was wonderfully located near the beach and Brickley’s the best ice cream you can get in RI! The house has everything you need and a great outdoor space. Very clean and comfortable! Thank you so much for a great stay!

Super clean and had everything we needed

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The property inside and out was super clean. Each room has AC unit, hangers to hang any clothes you don’t feel like ironing (lol). They provided sheets, pillows, all towels, kitchen towels, keurig machine, coffee maker, toaster, pots/ pans to cook.The house is a perfect size, it had plenty of room for my family of 6. There are 2 bedrooms on top floor with 1 bathroom , with very large eat-in kitchen, living room.There is more room in renovated basement if you will have more company with 1 bedroom, large laundry room and bathroom, separate living room .It’s so close to everything ( cvs nearby, stop and shop is a 10 min drive, beach is 10-15 min drive. Restaurants are close by too. The only comment I have is that it must have rained a lot before we got there because all of the bedrooms felt quite humid/musty- for someone with bad allergies it can be quite uncomfortable. We turned up the AC ( it did help a bit but still affected my allergies/asthma). Besides that little thing-Overall the house was perfect. The owner was amazing and stayed in touch with us incase we needed anything. It has been the only house We have stayed at where the owner was so helpful and stayed in touch with us. Thank you so much! 5 solid stars.

Thank you Aimee for your great review, you were an excellent guest. In regards to being musty/humid we have been getting a lot of rain and there is a high water table in Narragansett, we keep the AC on at all times but maybe it should have been left on a lower temperature. Have a nice summer.

Family Reunion

Great for big family. We slept 7 comfortably. The stairs were a problem for my 87 year old Mother. But we had a great time in a great location.

AWESOME Vacation

This house was awesome!!! Great location, very clean and I couldn't believe that they supplied us with things like toilet paper, napkins etc.. I will definitely rent this house again. The owner sent me a text multiple times throughout the week asking how things were going. I thought that was so nice of him. He even provided us with a list of restaurants that were close by and wonderful.

Awesome!

This house was perfect for us. We were there for a family reunion and we needed three bedrooms, and we got them, plus ample leisuretime space in the living room and dining area. We even used the grill on the porch once for the one non-lobster eater in the group. The kitchen had everything one would need. My mother and I were especially impressed by the number of hangers in the closet. No woman ever thinks she has enough hangers, but we did. There were plenty of linens, towels, etc. The neighborhood was pretty and it was close to my brother's house and to beaches like the Bay Campus. We enjoyed the walk around Circuit Drive (I think that was the name of the street) along the river. We were asked not to use the shower on the lower level because it might overflow, so we didn't, but we noticed that the drainage was not very fast in the upper story bathtub either. Everything was sparkly clean and new. Pretty floors, furniture, bed linens. I loved the architectural style of that house: contemporary raised ranch. I tried to find a house that style in Syracuse in the late 60 's, and couldn't find one. None of us wanted to go home, and we would like to come back next year.

Nice clean, well-maintained property!

We were in town for a destination wedding. Great place to stay, everything in the house is pretty much new. The place was far nicer than the other houses other family members rented, so much so Grandma (95) refused to go back to the place she was staying at and stayed with us. If it met Grandma's standards of clean, it will meet yours.
