Indoors or outdoors, the choice is yours as this home offers an open concept floorplan that seamlessly transitions from one to the other. Lounge outdoors on the spacious, shaded deck in cushy chairs or at the optional dining space, or inside in the comfortable living room with large screen TV. You will feel as relaxed as you can possibly be in this Hawaiian paradise.

The kitchen comes equipped with all standard appliances, plus toaster, toaster oven, and drip coffee maker. The dining room table provides the perfect place for a home cooked meal or take out from one of the many delicious local restaurants. As your evening winds down after a busy day exploring the area or at the beach, find your way back to the deck for casual drinks and conversation in the evening ocean breeze.

This home sleeps up to 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. The bedroom includes a king size bed and smart TV. The bathroom features a single vanity with large walk-in shower.

You will be close to shopping, dining, theaters and only a short walk to the Keauhou Bay! The complex provides free Wi-Fi located at the pool area. Keauhou Resort has an outdoor pool surrounded by tropical shrubbery. Lounge and patio seating can be found out here as well. Shared coin laundry facilities are available.

Keauhou Resort creates a relaxing Hawaiian escape with stunning views of the Hawaii ocean. Vacationers will find plenty of Kailua Kona activities at their fingertips from this location. The Keauhou Shopping Center, Regal Cinemas Keauhou 7, and Kona Country Club Golf Course are all a short drive or Uber away. The beach is just down the street perfect for swimming, surfing, and walking on besides the water.

When in Hawaii, you must of course make the most of the many beaches, hikes, and water activities available. Make sure you also dive into the unique culture of Kona, where coffee shops source beans straight from Kona coffee farms, Big Wave Golden Ale is brewed fresh at the Kona Brewpub, and local farmers markets are teeming with artisan goods and just-harvested produce.

a. This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.

a. Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines.
