You will love our beautiful coastal home design and our gorgeous saltwater pool! Home is beautifully furnished with high end, unique coastal furniture pieces and decor inspired by and curated from both 30A as well as locally here in Pensacola.

Each upstairs bedroom sleeps two and house sleeps total of 14-16 guests with our new downstairs bedroom/bunkroom addition.

King size pillow top mattress in the primary suite upstairs.
Two other bedrooms upstairs with queen pillow top mattresses. Sleeper sofa available.
Bunkroom downstairs with two queen over queen bunks. (Outside entrance only. No interior staircase to the lower bedroom. Entrance is under the back deck by the pool within the privacy fence.)

Two and a half full bathrooms upstairs and one full bath downstairs by the pool.

We love the house as it sits on one of the narrowest parts of the island and you can see BOTH bodies of water - Views of the Gulf out the back windows and views of the sound off the front porch. Three minute walk to the beach access and five minute walk over to the sound. This home is in the perfect location on the beach side of the island. Enjoy the complementary Pensacola Beach Trolleys from Memorial Day through Labor Day that stops in front of the home and will take you up and down to all the restaurants. Or rent our 4 seater golf cart for an EXTRA FEE.

Fully stocked with all your BEACH gear! Beach chairs, paddle board, skimboards, boogie boards, beach sand toys, umbrella, beach towels and floats all available for your stay. Cornhole and spikeball for even more fun! Just bring your swimsuit!

Kitchen has everything you'd need for your stay including Keurig, coffee maker and a Ninja cocktail blender, crock pot and fish fryer. Weber charcoal grill provided (bring your own charcoal). Extra drink fridge downstairs for all of your beach drinks.

Washer Dryer access in the home. (bring your own detergent)

Starter pack of paper towel roll, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 dish pods, 2 trash bags, and hand soap will be provided for your stay!
