Nombrada Casa Solana por su exterior de color amarillo brillante, esta casa de playa contemporánea se encuentra en una calle sin salida que brinda privacidad y soledad para las vacaciones familiares perfectas. 1770 Ensenada Siete es administrado profesionalmente por Paradise Beach Homes. Las escaleras desde la cochera abierta conducen a la entrada principal y al plano de planta de concepto abierto y brillante de la casa. El salón tiene hermosos sofás de cuero para muchos asientos. La cocina es grande con amplio espacio de trabajo y barra de desayuno. La mesa del comedor se encuentra frente a las ventanas panorámicas del golfo para disfrutar de unas vistas impresionantes durante las comidas familiares. Esta habitación tiene una cama king y un sofá cama doble con nido doble. El enorme baño principal tiene un tocador doble, bañera de jardín, inodoro separado con bidet, ducha doble acristalada de gran tamaño y un amplio armario con vestidor. Dormitorios 4 y 5 también se encuentran arriba. Dormitorio 4 tiene dos camas matrimoniales, amplio placard y baño privado. 5 dormitorios está frente al mar, tiene una cama king y baño privado. Esta casa es la clásica casa de playa que ofrece a todos un lugar perfecto para descansar y relajarse. Great house in a quiet area of Pensacola, but only a short drive to the action. The house has a great set up for a family or large group. Great furniture and everything we needed in the kitchen. Highly recommend if you are staying in Pensacola!

The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our large family. The beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas were a nice bonus. We had plenty of space for parking and the location was amazing. The views were spectacular. We would love to stay here again!

It seems as though every year we have rented a different house or condo. I think this year we struck gold! This was an incredible property. The main living area and kitchen area, immaculate the bedrooms suite our needs perfectly the bathrooms could be a little bit updated but we’re perfectly Suitable for our needs. The views from the beach deck, immaculate! This is probably one of the nicest homes we’ve ever stayed in!

Every view in the house is gorgeous, and you are steps from the ocean. The home has everything and more to help you feel at home- the kitchen was the most well-stocked I’ve ever seen at a vacation rental. The owners generously left plenty of beach chairs and toys which we throughly enjoyed as well. We plan to book this home again!

Forgot to send video but when it rained hard our last night the windows in the living room leaked badly. Was not a problem for us but just FYI for the home owners. Only issue about renting down there is very late check in makes it hard to plan that day with small kids.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This spacious beachfront home easily hosted my Thanksgiving Family gathering. Everyone appreciated their own bath and found the sleeping experience quiet and private. Access the the water was immediate and all enjoyed strolling the sunny days. My biggest criticism was an oven which ran about 30-40 degrees cool and impacted everything I cooked. Disappointing doesn’t measure my complete frustration, it being Thanksgiving week.

Beach House Great for Families/Reunions

The only disappointment was the coffee pot didn't work (wrong size pot) and the refrigerator leaked water all over our food. The kitchen was missing some basic things like large mixing bowls, ample kitchen towels and oven mitts. The grill is very old and small for a house this size. The dryer took two cycles to dry. The bedrooms were perfect and the house was very clean and roomy. Overall we had a great time and would return.

Great piece of Beach

Nice house with great AC and well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable each with own bathroom. The only slight downer is that this house seems to be the nearby neighbor renters go to for others to access the beach. Nearby renters even knocked on our door to ask if they could walk under the house to bring their beach stuff. We rented this house for privacy but others can't help but notice the beautiful view from the street and sure do walk thru. Did not bother us much or prevent a great beach trip. Highly comfortable house!!!!

There are a few changes that would make the house more functional for large families. First in a house that sleeps 20, having only one refrigerator is not enough to store food for that many people. Love that each bedroom had is own bathroom but hated there was no half bath on the main floor. We had family members staying in nearby homes that came daily for the beach and the bathroom issue was an inconvenience that the two bedrooms with bathrooms were constantly in use by our guest.

Family Vacation

This home was perfect for our family. Every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The home was clean, updated and decorated nicely. The location for us was for what we wanted quiet, basically a private beach. Enough space to gathering together for meals and hanging out.

I had a small wedding on the beach and reception under the carport and everything was so nice. the house exceeded our expectations. communication with front desk was great and they even messaged me and allowed me to check in early as well as gave me a cute little wedding gift. the area around the beach home in April was nice and overall pretty quiet (so perfect for a beach ceremony). the neighbors on the right side were so sweet as well. overall I plan on coming back for another vacation here. The only thing I would have negative to say is the address of the property doesn't match up with what the street signs and GPS shows- not a big deal just be mindful.

Great Beach Location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The photos of this home were beautiful. My family absolutely loved this location. The description said updated! The plumbing definitely was not updated. We had issues with two toilets, dripping sinks & terrible water pressure. Master bedroom had blind issues...some were missing and others did not work. There were roaches in the kitchen and not sure where else that we did not see. This property is not work the price and we have stayed at many properties in Pensacola Beach.

Big Family Vacation

Family of 14 from 66 year old to 8 months. Big rooms and baths for every room. Open kitchen and den area. Close to shops, grocery and restaurants. Restaurant were busy, but it was the summer vacation time.
