Discover the best of what PV has to offer. This unit is located on the 6th floor of Plaza Mar and is a two bedroom two bathroom corner unit perfect for two couples or a family looking to be in the best location in town.
Rooms are set up suite style to give each group their own privacy. The front bedroom has a comfortable king size bed while the back bedroom has a queen size bed. The unit comes fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay including items to prepare meals at home, as well as towels and linens, bottled purified water, two TVs, and maid service is three times a week. You'll spend hours on the wrap around patio enjoying not only the view of ocean but also the mountain side and plaza park area below which hosts a lovely Saturday Market.
Plazamar is a privately owned and operated 33 unit condo complex located in the heart of the Romantic Zone in Old Town Puerto Vallarta. This unit is new to VRBO but not new to rentals and we are happy to share previous reviews! We also manage other units in the building.
Why our location can't be beat:
*Only a few steps from the famous Los Muertos beach!
*A minutes walk to dozens of fantastic restaurants and galleries.
*Located right on a gorgeous park plaza with a great weekly Farmer's Market.
*5 Minute Walk to Los Muertos Pier.
*Unobstructed Ocean Views.
The building is gated and private for your safety and to take you away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. There is a receptionist on site 24 hours a day as well as a full-time building administrator and maintenance staff to take care of any needs you may have during your stay. enjoy a relaxing lobby area and atrium garden, a rooftop pool, grilling area, as well as a game room, and laundry. The views from above are sure to take your breath away!
Once you visit, you will understand why there is no place else worth staying! The area that surrounds this condo is a true treasure of Mexico, nestled below the jungle hillsides with its cobblestone streets, picturesque beaches, and phenomenal views. As the city has grown, it has maintained its friendly personality and rustic feel, and you will always feel safe and welcomed.
Unfortunately, due to our strict HOA bylaws, no animals of any kind will be permitted to enter the property. You will be turned away at the front desk and not refunded.

Terminal de cruceros y Nayar Vidanta Golf son excelentes opciones para los que buscan unas vacaciones activas, pero si prefieres sumergirte en la naturaleza, Bahía de Banderas y Playa de los Muertos son lo que necesitas. Zoológico de Vallarta y Parque de Aventuras Paraíso / Canopy Indio también merecen la pena. Asegúrate de conocer a fondo la fauna local con actividades como un paseo para ver animales salvajes o la observación de aves.

Propietario/a: Jordan MacPherson
Jordan is a Washington native and lover of all things involving Mexico, she even left the corporate design world to start her own company Vacation Vallarta managing rentals in the Puerto Vallarta area so she could travel, being able to work from anywhere with an internet connection. Her three favorite things in life are chocolate chip cookie dough, traveling around the globe and drinking a margarita by the pool. She lives to travel and has been to over 40 countries around the world. It is safe to say she doesn't sit much, but she wouldn't have it any other way. She splits her time between West Seattle in Washington State and East Hill Pensacola in Florida and of course Puerto Vallarta Mexico, the one spot she can't help but come back to time and time again.

Jordan has been traveling to Puerto Vallarta and staying in Plaza Mar Condos since the age of five. Her grandma was an original owner in the building and purchased back in 1989. She loves everything about the area the condo is located in. The friendly locals to the five star cuisine, the cobblestone streets, and some of the most amazing sunsets anywhere in the world. This is the building you want to be in. The staff are amazingly helpful, keep everything clean and updated and always have a smile on their face and the view from the unit really lets you take in the Old Town area.

This condo allows you to get immersed in the culture, stay in a unique area, eat where the locals love and feel like coming home after a long day of exploring. Having your own fully equipped kitchen to cook in and space to spread out is so much nicer than a small cramped hotel room. Enjoy the balcony to kick back and relax!
