Custom gourmet kitchen with quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and loads of storage. Step outside to your private backyard and covered lanai area featuring a large pool perfect for you and your guest to bask in the western sun. Gorgeous master bathroom, a sizable soaking tub and a big walk-in shower. Maplewood is a family-friendly, pet-friendly, active-style neighborhood with a community pool, close to major shopping areas and just minutes from Bayfront, 5th avenue and the world-renowned gulf beaches. Off season rate June 1 - Dec. 31 is $5,000 per month, Seasonal Rate Jan 1 - May 31 is $8,000 per month.
